Again, if you’ve been to this vendor on a save file before 1.6, the knife may not spawn. If it is not there when you are checking it, just do a 24 hour cycle to reset the vendor’s stock.
This also was supposed to be my short for Saturday, but decided to just release it early, cause it technically already is Saturday.

And as said in the description and in the short, if you are having trouble with the weapon appearing in stock, it can be 1 of 2 things. If you have never been to the vendor before, you can continue to cycle the inventory by waiting 24 hours using the character menu. This works for every shop in the game.
If you've visited this store on a save file before the 1.6 Patch, it may not appear.

I found the recovery time of 6 seconds to be a bit long to be a attractive throwing knife, but it looks hella nice
I'm on my very first play through and I found the Cocktail Stick and Headhunter rather early on, running an almost all blades build and its been super fun. Cocktail stick is Hella underrated
