You missed the shard in Carter's Mai Mai, which is parked on the bridge above his body. Carter is the one that gave Abernathy the tip-off about the hit.
Such a shame that he ended up commiting suicide. Would have been cool if V was able to hang out with the intern or chat with him after the prologue such missed potential with the character..

1st.
Nobody said the Corpo life was an easy one. Cutthroat business.
Damn, I feel bad for him…
Another one i found interesting was some encounter i had involved the cop you had to kill/scare in kabuki
Yet another reason why siding with Arasaka is a bad idea
It's like three people you know from CORPO lifepath is dead, your boss, your bosse's boss and you trainee… I wonder if other two people is still Alive
what's the point of inventing characters if their main purpose is to disappear from the game without players choice
Just an average day in Night City
V would have survived.
Idk
Meredith sends her regards

I think he was murdered by Arasaka. You don't commit suicide when you know you still have a mom that will always love you despite everything.

Think any of the fixers will pay us if we payed his mother a, visit?
