It was definitely Sony just being mad at CDPR, think about it, they didn't remove Fallout 76 or Anthem from the store. Why? Because they didn't tell people they could get a refund which caused a huge loss of revenue for Sony because they had to give everyone refunds or risk some of the backlash against CDPR transferring over onto them instead.
CDPR is trying to do just enough to not get found guilty in a class action lawsuit.

I should have waited until now to finish it. Not only did I have to wait twice for the game to patch game breaking bugs so I could continue but I also hated the story, characters, and writing. If I waited for all the bugs to be fixed, I probably would have enjoyed it just a little bit more
I've heard it said that the suspension from PS Store had in fact more to do with the refund issue than with the performance.
Nefarious City from the new Ratchet and Clank was what I imagined Night City would be like.
I'm waiting for the PS5/XBSX upgraded version with the hope of a third person option similar to what GTA V had with both 1st and 3rd person options…dreaming I know
Never should have been released on Ps4 and base Xbox. Don't get releasing next gen games on old gen.
Games like this that have loads of hype and lots of promise before their release and are disasters on the actual release dont deserve a chance from me. F76 and Cyberpunk are such insane disappointments. The only two exceptions are Battlefront 2 and No Mans Sky thats pretty much it.
I got as far as the voodoo boys and just couldn't finish the game. This game broke me.
This game needs at least 2 to 3 years of development to be anywhere near what was promised.

What if this was all just one giant marketing scheme to get people to buy a new Gen console.. cuz truthfully no other game has made me want a new Gen console more than cyberpunk lol I’ve still enjoyed it just fine on my base ps4 but I am also fully aware that I’m not getting anywhere near the best experience with this game I can get
just want to say with from my end ive got a ps4 pro with a SAMSUNG MZ-76E2T0E 860 Evo Series 2tb intsalled into it , and have the game on disc, and never did have a real problem playing this game that everyone is talking about, maybe a crash here n there but have had that happen with all kinds of games…. and these companies need to focus more on old gen versions of these games, i dont get all these companies nor creators, there are still MORE people that own old gen and will be more your years to come with consoles hard to find and good graphics cards for pc being at ridiculous prices….. its like all you guys dont get it…… plus i have a ps4 pro and a ps5 and i dont really see what the hype is about, ive got a fantastic tv and to me they dont really look that much different, and also have a pc with a rtx 3080 and ps5 isnt even close to being close…… but pc gaming is a small comunity. i play destiny and play on playstation so i can actually get into a game, wow it takes forever to even get into a game on pc. and i know this is about cyberpunk but gaming in general is in a sad place, and at times i blame it a little on the content creators who dont get that for the normal people we dont get our gaming rigs paid for for us….. so you guys dont get that you all are a VERY small part of the gaming industry, and are actually out of touch with what is important to MOST gamers……….who most are playing on the older gen stuff

The world is empty. Repetitive missions and lack of interiors really killed this games exploration and reward. Not only were there no factions to join and not enough meaningful decisions throughout the game, the world didn't change as you advanced through the game making the decisions you did make feel useless.
It's an 8/10 with 0% replayability.

It sounds to me like this game was never meant to release on last gen consoles. They should've just waited and released this for pc and next gen consoles only. Is it coincidence that it will release on the guest day of summer, when they will probably have some kind of seasonal sale like they usually do? Perhaps. But perhaps not?

Honestly, even if all the bugs were fixed, I wouldn't come back. The game is so…shallow. it's a shooter with bad gunplay that tried to be an rpg but barely got there. It's just so…uninteresting to play.
I'm speaking as someone who didn't like Witcher and never watched any Cyberpunk trailers, the game still left me totally bored.

It’s impressive that’s it even running at all and plays great. I play on PC also with ultra setting using DLSS +ray tracing. Playtime 900+hours.
They need to remove the "make it look pretty filter" and downgrade it for now. So they can add back de NPCs it feels so empty now with every npc being on an hike to nowehere
It is not fixed yet, just got done playing for a few hours. So dissapointing.
I've already played it but I don't think I'll ever play it again even if it gets fixed, the story was cool but seemed generic, I wished they had stick to the Rags-To-Riches plot from the original demo mixed in with some interesting side quests which may have intertwined with the main plot, I hope it does get fixed for anyone else to try.
if the so called "free dlc" contains qol stuff which should have been in the game right from the beginning, isn't it like saying we'll patch it in later while letting people applaud us for giving free stuff?
Done waiting for the assholes (CDPR) to finish what they released HALF A YEAR ago. AND Im talking about the PC version which everybody thinks works fine – piss poor performance really!
