Insightful video. I don't think anyone benefits from being a fanboy. You just set yourself up to be scammed.
That said, I'm excited for Starfield, but even then it's a "we'll see how it goes" type of situation. The load screens/boundary don't bother me that much because I didn't want this game to be like Daggerfall with 30 miles of nothing in between POI. I guess it would have been neat to be able to wrap around the whole planet, but if that was realistic wouldn't it take literal weeks to do?
I've been listening to Todd say hyperbolic statements, or flat out lies for almost 20 years at this point. It's nothing new to me, but I do feel bad for anyone that goes into Starfield with expectations higher than they should have. If this is someone's first BGS title I hope it delivers for them in the same way Morrowind did for me a long time ago.
