i did it in the sneaky style. You can sneak in the camp on the left side, where the boxes are and if you go out there you can leave with saul xD. Did then some missions in the nearby and a new save game 😉
Before the mission, come to that place. In the room, Saul was kidnapped. Unlock the fence and the pipe's door (Tech 10 – i guess). During mission, save Saul and go that way. If you wanna play stealth, trying this to avoid combat.
