Metal Heaven might be an Easter egg referencing the music store in the Cyberpunk 2020 tabletop RPG but the Militech Building is clearly unfinished content. Most of what is shown can be done without mods but the Militech Building in inaccessible without a mod that allows clipping through surfaces.

This game could have been so good… I still can't believe CDPR are just abandoning it after 1 dlc… the potential for expansion here is insane! Why work on a sequel when the potential to expand this game is so vast?! Yes the launch was poor and it still has problems. But that's why you work on it. Release dlcs and keep the love for the game alive. There is so much hype for the first dlc, they can continue that with more that add different mechics, locations, companions, maybe a way to continue or see what happens after certain endings… wastes potential…

Honestly what a waste of content can't believe they even have that ingame yet not use it.
A bit sad to see how there were so many cool things planned and then they just taped it of with police to make it believable that it was always planned to not be accessible.
