Lead Quest Designer plays Cyberpunk 2077! #19

Read more about Cyberpunk 2077➜ https://cyberpunk2077.mgn.tv

At first, we have taken the challenge to beat one of the most ruthless bosses in the whole game, and later chilled out on the Badlands, punishing gangsters, mobsters and other terrible people. Finally got my Nomad lifepath car back and found one very special netrunner in the fridge.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open world RPG that I have co-created. As I love talking about design, storytelling and psychology in games, I have started streaming on Twitch and discussing it all with my audience.

My goal is to share everything I have learned over a decade in AAA games industry, openly exchange ideas, explain creative decisions and encourage the next generation of game designers and storytellers to create.

  2. Pawel I just wanted to thank you so much Choom for CyberPunk 2077!! This game has truly helped me tremendously in my personal life and to experience it first hand is definitely as they say a thing of beauty!! I fell in love with the characters like Panam Judy Rogue Jackie and V..and hopefully we see more of them in the future expansions and DLCs!! I know you can’t say what or who is going to be in the expansions but I’ve been seeing you mentioned Judy a lot in your Twitch streams..She’s definitely a beautiful person and a very big fan favorite! Just know me and the fans know Cyberpunk has a tremendously massive future in the gaming universe!! It’s a thing of beauty that will never fade away!! ❤️🌆😉🥺

  3. Yes, I think I would have preferred to go through like NCPD bounty boards (or like an area where Ortega works in Altered Carbon, that’d be sick) and the districts Fixer for the Gigs, and making some repeatable would help a lot to get certain achievements done, and help us afford all the best cyberware, mods and weapons (and to just help keep us feeling like mercenaries once the games done, right now I just sort of feel lost at the end of the game, like I can’t really continue my character?)

I know the fixer will call you, but I mean like you go and visit them, they give you the rundown and a waypoint and you’re out on your way, I don’t want to compare the game to Witcher 3, but this did help a lot with immersion and making us feel like we were actually helping someone, and not just ticking another quest off, that’s just my opinion at least

  4. Hey Pawel thanks for the stream! Love CP2077 and CP2020! Got about 500hrs now. As far as the gig icons go I always thought the player should have to report to the fixer when entering a new district, similar to the sign post in the witcher 3. Once you met the fixer they give you 5 shards (gigs), this is when the markers would appear on the map. When arriving on the scene, at the time we now get a phone call from our fixer, we could slot in the shard giving us a breakdown of the gig with our fixers recorded voice, similar to the one we recieve from Dex about the flathead. This would require more voice acting but the text we already recieve from our fixer now is the perfect script. After completing all 5 gigs we report back to the fixer for more. I feel this would be really immersive and get more people into the gig stories, since people don't wanna read lol.

  5. The game needed witcher3 level of ambience music. i coudnt help to notice when i played that exploring the world and during dialogue it was bit quiet. Unlike in witcher or fallout4,skyrim.

  6. It's cool when the devs are talking with players, like Pawel.
Also, Pawel if you will read this. You probably know that mods do with Fallout and Skyrim. Cyberpunk can have that opportunity as well, become a much bigger that even devs can imagine.
I hope you, and all REDs, one day make Cyberpunk 2077 a timeless game. For decades and years to come. The Bethesda way (except Fallout 76). Complete game from devs, right tools for modders and maybe Cyberpunk can be still alive in actual 2077. The core is there, not perfect (you know this) but it's definitely here. You know how big this universe can become, even in terms of money for CDPR.
It's already too long, but I hope you get a point. Keep making this game better and bigger, and it will pay off.
