Cyberpunk 2077 Explained by the MadQueen: In the story Lore of the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, Artificial intelligence have no rights. No right to autonomy, no right to decide their own destiny, they either are the property of a human being or they are prosecuted and destroyed by the Police of the Net Netwatch.

The AIs that live in the human world in Night City are the property of humans, but the AIs that live in the net are free. Most were not created by humans but just appeared spontaneously and acquired sapience by accident. In the Delamain quest “Don’t lose your mind” we can see what happens when AIs that are not used to coexist with humans and come from the other side of the Blackwall wonder in the world, for them the experience is unbearable.

Delamain is not the only Artificial Intelligence we can see in Cyberpunk 2077: Alt Cunningham, who was Soulkilled in 2013, is, technically an Artificial intelligence. As Engrams are not considered real people by the laws of the Cyberpunk 2077 Universe, as it’s explained in the game, the people who participate in the Secure Your Soul program of Araska to insert their engrams in the Relic become the property of Arasaka.

The A.I.s have crossed the wall, more than people think.

Something curious of them is the blue eyes, and all of them work in the same way: merge and control.
Delamain wants his "sons" back, Alt AI wants the constructs in mikosi… And it seems Mr. Blue Eyes wants to control people in the shadows (by using the politicians). It is an interesting theory…

What I saw was that: the aim of merging smaller AIs (Codes) to develop and / or have more control. The perfect reflection of their original creators: humans.
