This may be lvl dependent. I'm lvl 14 and it's not showing. I waited so many day i can't count .
in the vod he is lvl40 so has unlocked crafting enough to get certain items added to vendors which he doesn't mention, you need to get crafting too LVL 13+ to get the crafting spec

The uncommon version can be found Arroyo as well as to buy the legendary gun. Rancho Coronado has uncommon spec aswell as epic gun.
The glen has the epic spec and epic gun, thr docks in watson has uncommon spec and epic gun.
I have the required perk unlocked at lvl 13, and I can find many other Epic and even Legendary blueprints at this vendor, but not the Overture Epic blueprint no matter how many times i skip 24 hrs. Can anyone advise what else i need to try?

I’m level 34 with level 13 crafting. This blueprint will not spawn. I have skipped time over 100 times. Same type of epic weapons cycle through the shop but never overture. Is there something more I need to do?
