Happy to say it works very well and you don't even have to go back to character menu. I started from 51 and i now have 200 perk points thank you very much. Is there any fast way to add attribute points?
If it doesn't work for you do this: put points in all of the things said in the video then refund all things cyber then press a few times on refund glutton for war and then health freak, now u getting 3 points out of 2 so refund the rest, and fill in again everything and now u can do it over and over all things cyber, health freak and glutton for war. Over and over.your welcome

you dont really require any of these trees it can be done on any with multiple perk point perks, you just need to hit the refund button as fast as possible to confuse the game into giving you more points, at least thats what works for me with 100% success rate.

dont need to exit to menu, just first remove all points and put 2 points on all things cyber, 1 on glutton and 2 on health freak and then remove 2 from all things cyber, 3 from health frrak and 1 from glutton and add them again, 2 cyber 1 glutton 2 health freak and repeat . way faster and no need to exit
the first point you remove from health freak after removing 2 from all things cyber will take the point but not remove it, thats where the extra point comes from
edit: its enough if you just remove 1 point from all things cyber and add it again (so its 1/2 -> 2/2 -> 1/2) ,one less step, if you are fast enough and memorized it you can get 1 point every 9 seconds
