In this Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 guide, we take a look at how we can fix Netrunners so that we have enough RAM and Ram regen to build any kind of pure Netrunner.

i miss old netrunner. cast contagion and light up a smoke and watch as it clears the building for you.
I'm playing a Netrunner and I have to actually shoot someone about 1 mission in 4. I've tried to play with the 'HP as RAM' but I don't have the reflexes or thought process for it. Apparently, I've accidentally stumbled upon this by accident. BTW, I was doing all of this by level 20 so it wasn't necessary to wait for Epic gear.
There is a cyberware that heals 7% hp per kill, I recommend it as if you have enough hp, u can indefinitely loop it. I do literally 30,000k per hack to anyone and makes bosses insta dead
Done most of the PL content and I've never so much as equipped any weapon.
I don't think using Bloodpump is a good trade. Sure it heals for more over time, but a Maxdoc has more instant healing and doesn't need cyberware capacity and a cyberware slot.
I hate that they removed combat daemons. Right now cyberdecks can't be used as an addition to any build. No mass control, no mass debuffs. For all those flashy mechanics they removed simple but good old ones
You have a link to the build planner?
Synapse burnout is broken people just fall over and don't play they're animation unless you hit them with a weapon afterwards😑
What are you talking about?… Netrunner is more OP now than ever. Shooting and mele is for crackheads who just got home from school lol. My Netrunner build is twice as strong as it was pre 2.0. 1 shots everyone and kills bosses in about 4-8 sec (depending on if I have to chase them after pinging them). I can clear an entire drop zone in 5sec without even looking at half of them (contagion). Using mele and shooting is gonna slow you down so much in this game
Old "pure netrunner" was too powerful. (1.6) since I last played until now with 2.0 and Phantom Liberty.
It's harder/slower and it feels way more rewarding.
It is so much better.
Everything in the game actually feels better. It runs smoothly (optimization fixed?)
Gunplay feels more impactful.
All the added features show how unfinished the game was at launch.
Now that the game is actually solid and good…. it would be a terrible shame if Phantom Liberty is the only big dlc.
I mean… I would still buy a new dlc for Witcher 3 like blood and wine. And I hope CDPR doesn't abandon CP2077 so quickly.
Also I really want a Witcher 3 expansion too (Nilfgaard civil war?).
I ramble too much……..
old school netrunner was more fun imo
what about the overclock adjacent perks that also regenerate health?
boooooooooo
So what would you replace in the frontal cortex to equip the Axolotl in the netrunner build
Almost skipped this video. There is nothing that requires "fixing"on netrunners unless we are talking about the early game (pre level 25). Netrunning is extremely strong if you understand the interactions of your quickhacks.
With all that said this was a pretty cool trick. I'm already using a biomon for my netrunner build. My other two cyberware in that group are heal on kill and second heart, but I think you make a good case for blood pump. The interaction with instant refill of your health item is great. I also didn't expect the cooldown reduction to work for overclock, that has to be a bug right?
Thank you for the video.
I've been following since the Conan days but it's always nice to randomly come across your videos. ❤
It's cool and all but honestly in pre-2.0 it was kinda boring that we nuked everything from orbit. I like throwing combos that make them explode and finishing whatever happens to live.
so they ruined it… now the 3 builds(sandy, bersrk, netrun) are the same. activate the OP mode for a few seconds and try to kill all during that time.
a guide that lives up to its title. not a bait. Good job bro
I love being a net runner – but finding I was 'forced' to have the choice of adding smart guns/tech guns/mono wire/camo, to my build – luckily I like shocking everyone with the ying long, but sad to see that CDPR have tried to phase pure net runners out.
I used to love playing the camera Netrunner or the silent assassin. I would just make all the cameras friendly then just kill people through the cameras, but now the cameras don't stay friendly and neither do turrets.
I feel like I'm doing extra work when before I would just take over a camera and not have to worry about it. I hate that you can't just permanently control something and it's all on a timer.
All the combat just feels like a chore. The combat was more than fine before all these redundant changes. If I wanted to play a gish character I would just do so. I want to play the cyber mage not a fighter/mage.
I feel attacked, Lol. I know my build is solid, but you have got me with that clickbait, title… now I want to know what you know.
I'm doing a full hybrid of smart SMG (can go into AR as well for the extra, big damage if I need to, for max tac on hardest difficulty) monowire and hacks. They all have great synergy. I have never played a pure Runner before though, this is my first time playing as a Hacker. My first character was a Pistol/headshot/sandy character. Having a lot of fun with it though, and the build is really strong. The only weakness it has, is that it isn't particularly tanky. I wouldn't go as far as saying it was a true glass canon, but it definitely doesn't want to just stand there taking hits,, you need to be mobile and use cover at times.
I am going to go into body and take some healing from there, but don't know if there's much. I have points left over after the build is finished, so it's just about trying to improve it, and maybe giving myself some more healing potential. doesn't need it though, and TBH if I had the tanky-side as well, my character would be god-like, so maybe a bit too OP.
Oh wow, I just realised. If I do what you are doing in this video,, this is the missing link for my build. The only thing that wasn't OP, was the health/survivability. If I take this and use it on my build, I think it will put it right over. I'll get back to you on it, as I started a new character for 2.0, and I'm still levelling up. I know the build I'm doing is solid though, as very similar has been done by others, who have fully finished their characters.
I'd like to see your INT tree, please? did you have to purposely avoid some of the healing passives, accosted with overclock, in order for this to work, please? If you show the tree's later in the video, I'll come back and edit this.
This mechanic effects anything that is active for a time(sandevistans, berserk, ect.
So now the 3 main options are turn off most enemy A.I. with Sadevastan, Reduce to almost turning off Incoming damage for Berserker [which no hate it needed the buff] but the Netrunners have to actually play the game & plan ahead with multiple resources to manage and the biggest perk gain is combining those resources…….
FFS I get the idea they were working towards but they forgot to compare this to what you're losing/ not choosing.
A cautions Netrunner was the only Cyberpunk style I liked. I hate Overclock on principle and I hate the playstyles they are enforcing. So glad I didn't pre-order Phantom Liberty. Because it's bad enough to have the game remove the only playstyle I like, but paying a bunch of money would make it worse.
How about chitin? That one boost your health regent by 200% if you have full tech or was it reflex.
New system is garbage
I hack everything. Idc only bosses I shoot. Because the game blocks me from hacking. By increasing the parameters.
Can you please report on the massive crashes on every single platform. A lot of people are reporting autosave crashes and none of the major video gaming "news" outlets are reporting. Either they are bought out by CDPR, or they are BOUGHT OUT by CDPR. That's why it has the biggest budget of any of their past expansions.
How to be a net runner? Don't be a net runner.
Please dont take Pure Netrunner away! Its one of the most fkn FUN things in the game! CyberPunk Jedi
I just tried to do all the Regina Gigs and I'm now stuck at 21/23 and have 2 that will not spawn. FML. This is so annoying. Anyone else know of a fix?
Edit i found a fix! Go into shards and read them all so it's all grey, make sure you do any encrypted shards too. Then go to your apt, and sleep for 24 hours, voila my last 2 gigs popped up and I just finally got the axiotl. But I think the Cox 2 cybersomatic might be better, what do you think?
