This is a video showing Mr. Blue Eyes during the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty expansion mission, The Killing Moon. From what Songbird says, it sounds like he was the one that gave her the ticket to the moon.

  1. this is either a really fun easter egg for the long run, or building up the sequel.

when i initially finished the game, the prominence of the black wall, the rising tensions toward another corporate war, rising instability within night city, rogue ai's and viruses – I thought the sequel would touch on it. I did NOT expect Phantom Liberty to at all continue those themes of losing your humanity to larger, powerful entities, and the dangers of an interconnected world too dependent on tech.

If this is a hint at what the sequel will be I can't wait. I hope its a further exploration of the events of phantom liberty on a larger scale and maybe even another corporate war, if not then i'm just really excited we're getting another cyberpunk game like at all after what happened. it's been a hell of a ride, 2030's cannot wait thats for sure

  2. Just your standard AI overseer popping in to drive the plot, all decked out in his meatsuit. Nothing to see here. Just keep showing up and doing your gigs, buying stuff, living under the misguided notion that you control your fate.

  3. Mr. Blue Eyes is a Cyberpunk G-Man. Probably he making sure his future asset (Songbird) makes it to the moon. Could also be keeping an eye on V as well.

Crazy theory: Cyberpunk 2 will have Songbird going to the moon + Path of Glory as the canon choices. BE finds/gives V the cure after teh Crystal Palace heist, and then brings him along for some blackwall fuckery.

  4. Morgan Blackhand is what he's nicknamed in the game files. Whatever the Blue Eyes is, it's what wanted to control Peralez, what pulled Songbird back into Night City, and it took over Morgan's body. I think it's something from beyond the Blackwall, a daemon for sure but one that's shockingly insidious, human in it's approach.

  5. If you play the last mission as a astronaut and you in the Spaceshuttle you can read a conversation on the laptop with victor Vektor he say– I have no idea who this guy is but V he plays on a different high level league.
