From the books, to the Netflix Series, to the video game franchise, The Witcher has a ravenous fan base that expects perfection. 1. Cyberpunk still doesnt work properly on my ps4 pro. I started from the beginning 3 times and im just done with it. I went and bought a better Cyberpunk title called Anno Mutation. Witcher 4 needs a complete overhaul.

  2. Most rumors I’ve heard point that CPR blamed bad developer performance for the CP77 release fiasco, so I don’t have high hopes. The scope of The Witcher 4 is most likely way bigger, so without a complete restructuring of management and business, I think that we’re bound to get another stupid deadlines + small team -> crunch -> unfinished game released cycle. I don’t have high hopes right now, they haven’t convinced me of anything.

  3. Remember when Game Maker's Toolkit urged other YouTubers to stop talking about game engines because they don't know what they're talking about? This is what he was referring to

  4. And since the release of patch 1.52 for Cyberpunk 2077 makes the game unplayable because it hard crashes every damn 20 mins (PC), will they or us as the consumer ever learn. Too many games never have these issues, and it's time that the consumer stops purchasing ANYTHING that is or will be released from Project Red. They can no longer be trusted, let alone be transparent about their mistakes.

  5. Listen EA, Why I got refund for BF2042 is because they stop updating BFV.
BF4 have so many bug when first released, but they never give up on fixing the issue. That is the reason I kept buying their game. But it all changed with BFV.

  6. The devs can learn to not release a game earlier than it should be and equally as importantly the player base can learn to not demand an early release and STOP letting hype trains cloud judgement

This is, what? The 12th time hype helped kill a game? Hype itself isn't bad. Overly hyping is the thing that doesn't help

  7. the only thing they need to learn

dont succumb to public pressure, and use the poor release of cyberpunk as proof for the investors so they wont pressure them avain

  8. Nothing because It will Fail. 99% of the Good Excellent Guys left the Company and that Project is a Reboot and Reboots are always worser then the Original Versions. That are 2 Reasons why it will fail.

  9. … gotta disagree with you on the Cyberpunk characters thing.

… a lot of those characters were beautifully fleshed out and by the end of the game, depending on the decision I made, them saying their piece left such a strong impact on me. Especially when I made the really bad decision. The way some of them reacted left me in tears. To know everything I went through with them on that long and hard journey… let me know just how much I had hurt them.

… big props to the VAs who fucking DELIVERED those lines. Really filled me with regret. And then the ending song… got damn. I haven't been hit that hard in the feels from a game in a long time.

… I was one of the fortunate ones to have ran into little to no bugs. Especially where it truly mattered.

… people can say what they will about Cyberpunk 2077… but bugs be damned, that was one hell of an emotional ride.

  10. Another thing about the "promises" made by the dev team. In every comment thread I've ever seen about broken promises that the devs made, someone always argues that they never promised anything. After a while I realised that they were technically correct. The devs never promised anything but they did speak very vaguely about the things, heavily implying they would be in the game. A couple of things they said was that "the police are thugs for hire" implying that they could be bribed and "it matters what you wear in Night City" implying that people will treat you differently depending on what you wear. Now these comments are some great and interesting background lore for the tabletop game Cyberpunk 2077 was based on but completely useless and misleading things to say about a video game unless you have corresponding mechanics in the game to reflect them.

  11. Cyberpunk at release was a deliberate scam by the owners to monetize the trust they had built. Carefully crafted with lies right up to the release. There will be nothibg learned as the talented staff near all left CDPR at this point. They will plan with what they can get away with next release and order a soulless Witcher reboot . No matter the qualit,y there will be enough buyers to make it a sucess for shareholders. Thats all that matters. the old cdpr is desd..

  12. the bugs were a huge deal not because they existed but because they pushed it to consoles far too quickly.
PC players are use to completely broken games at launch. Red dead redemption 2 was as bad if not worse than CP2077. No one remembers.
launching it on the xbox one and ps4 was beyond stupidity
