can you test low 1650?
you can't see it in the video due to the poor quality on youtube, but FSR blurs the picture a lot even on the ultra preset. I would recommend that you lower some settings, but remove fsr to improve the gaming experience. 1650GDDR6, and I have 40-50fps, which is quite playable.
U should add the 3050 along with these cards in this type of videos
On 1650 what is the fps without fsr?

SSR MAKE THIS GAME LOOK LIKE RAYTRACING AND VOLUMETRIC FOG IS IMPORTANT OR EVERYTHING WILL BE PIXELED
I think Ambient occlusion also affect performance here similar to SSR and Volumetrics, so lowering it also needed for gtx 1050 ti atleast or turn of all three SSr, ao & volumetric cloud quality to maintain 29-30 fps🙄🧐
