Cyberpunk 2077: Bloody Ritual (Cyber Psycho) This is a playthrough of one of the best (if creepiest) Cyber Psycho jobs in Cyberpunk. The build up to the Psycho’s reveal is so well done, and the audio work on it is unnerving! It’s easy enough, but then everything is 1 on 1 with Katanas in CP2077.

Also, just to let you know, another set of Easter Eggs is coming on Wednesday!

Hope you’re keeping well and having some fun, and thanks again for being here. Hey… 3K subscribers! I never imagined this, thank you!
All the best
Tez.

  1. I did this always in the daytime. No particular reason why it just happened that way twice. I find it easier to Breach, cripple movement, then destroy. If I'm taking them in I'll breach, system reset (the one where it reverts them to neutral) and then I take them down from behind.

Anywho, night time really adds a better feel to this than the daytime

  2. Good fun! My cyberpsycho medicine was a Masamune SMG fitted with a Pax mod. Some of them took a lot of shooting. Much seems to depend on your level/street cred…going at them too early means a heck of a struggle. Later I used a Target Analysis Kiroshi mod to turn all my weapons non-lethal, and managed to keep them all alive after defeating them…except for one in a parking garage that just seemed fated to die.

  3. In every play through I put it off as long as I can stand to, go into this mission with dread, then get it over with as quickly as I can. Very unsettling. Same with The Hunt and Disasterpiece. Cyberpunk is loads of fun, but CDPR took some of the missions a little too far. The upside is that all 3 are pretty easy to get through quickly when you are far into the game, leveled up, armed, and armored. I like tech builds and can quickhack my way through them in very short order.

The mission was FAR less unsettling to watch Tez play it through, especially with his witty commentary. That was more entertaining than actually playing it is.

  4. Just read this if you run a squishy build and really can’t get through this quest:

The spot where you have to investigate the blood on the ground, stand between the box johnny sits on and the wall basically directly on the dead maelstrom gang member.
No matter what you do, she’ll always spawn there after detecting you, facing the bathtub, that means you can get behind her before the fight starts.
    Now use an electric baton.

  5. You do know you don’t have to switch weapons for cyberpsychos, right? Even if you’re using a lethal weapon, if you stop hitting them once they’re down, they’ll stay alive. You can only kill them if you keep whaling on them (or shooting them).

That said, this was definitely one of the freakier and atmospheric quests!
