Next up on Scott's Stupid Hidden Game Mechanics: Crafting Mods. So, all the white crafting mods you can make? For some reason the mods you make are of random quality (anywhere from white to purple) and the armor mod scales to your level when crafted. I think the highest I saw was +180 armor. Either way, craft the same one in bunches and use the best results.
