  1. You should play it to know all the complaints are true and get angry with the games industry. This game is so flat that the only good thing is the art style and soundtrack.

  2. Got nearly 1k hours. Love this RPG so much. NC is a great place to be,.. Milage may vary based on the quality of the machine you're playing on, If you're playing on minimum specs,.. don't expect a fantastic graphic enhanced time and whilst a half decent PC may not give you ray tracing you can still have a great looking game.

  3. I think the majority of the hate comes from CDPR lying about features in the game and its marketing. Saying all these things are possible, then on release many of these cool features shown were not there. The game itself is rather good. But we are upset at the fact that they were very misleading in the lead up to the games release. To many including myself, i felt lied to. Betrayed. Nevertheless, i dont fully blame the devs for this. I truly believe the development team wanted to delay the game cause it wasn't ready. The higher ups in the company wanted to push it out anyway before it was ready. I had fun and enjoyed my time on ps4 pro. But the reality is not that simple. Its quite sad tbh. I really hope CDPR and CP2077 come back from this mess. I wish so much, for a bright future for this game.

  4. Currently on my second playthrough, with around 160 hours under my belt….and am absolutely LOVING IT. The game is far from perfect but, to be honest, even Witcher 3 wasn't as perfect as some people like to pretend it is-certainly not at launch. Bugs and glitches are just something I have come to expect in Open World games, but the ones I have encountered haven't been remotely game-breaking. I will agree, however, that CDPR's marketing department really did screw up by overhyping the game, even if I ignored most of the hype myself (I am an old school Cyberpunk 2020/Neuromancer/Shadowrun fan from way back in the 1990's…..so that was what I was looking forward to, and is exactly what I got). That said, CDPR definitely hit it out of the park in those areas that most matter to me. Excellent world-building, fantastic characters and voice-acted dialogue, missions that I find myself getting truly invested in….not a bunch of radiant fetch-quests…..and an excellent main story.

  5. i dont wanna spoil the game for me,
so i'm still waiting to play to get some tiny things adapted, to make this the perfect game for me.
I nearly had every modification i wanted, but the updates always screwing up everything and i have to get the stuff together again and it lasts hours, ffs.
I gonna do a Yolo without HUD and realistic weapon damage, without these bulletsponge mechanics.
If only the 3rd person would work propely.
Until now i just seen Watson and a bit of tokio town, didnt made any mission further.
You're a lil jealous now, arent you?

  6. From the very beginning of the game's release, I have the impression that all the people who hate it are either paid or mentally retarded in some way.

Of course, the game has many flaws and deserves some criticism, not everyone has to like it either. She is quite mature. Probably it was released too quickly. But fucking hell. This is one of the best games I have played in 10 years. She is good in so many ways that she can be forgiven for those few words. Unfulfilled promises aren't something to hate this game for either. But it's still almost a work of art.

  7. Its funny you mention the AI as being awful. My biggest AI gripe is definitely in relation to Pedestrian and Traffic AI. If they can fix that, and make further improvements to Police Response, then it'll be pretty much perfect IMO. As for enemy AI, 90% of the time I am finding it quite excellent. If I go in guns blazing, then any opponents with guns will go behind cover and try to shoot me without exposing themselves to my gunfire. Meanwhile, melee opponents will rush me, but will usually try to use evasion and cyberware to close the distance before I can get too many shots off (and some of those buggers hit HARD). If I overuse hacking, they will try and run a location trace on me…..and any snipers they have are absolutely BRUTAL, unless you try to take them out first! I don't think I have had a single conflict yet where it was truly EASY.

  8. Also, a follow-up story to my original post. Last night I…..foolishly??? decided to jump into The Heist mission-in spite of it being after 9pm and despite the next day being a work day. From the moment I got to The Afterlife to the moment I had my first proper encounter with Johnny Silverhand in Apartment, I simply couldn't stop playing, even though it was getting close to 11pm. It was all so incredibly intense and addictive. Also, I was worried that the gut-punch moments I experienced first time through wouldn't hit me as hard the second time. However, just as in The Witcher 3, the gut-punches still hit just as hard the 2nd time around. The mission going tits-up, the death of Soburu, the loss of T-Bug, saying goodbye to Jackie, the whole scene in the landfill, getting the news from Vik……all of them hit me VERY HARD this time around. In fact, I feel like I noticed Jackie's worsening condition much earlier than in the first play-through.
