See this is where a good AI director for open world games could be used. It checks to see how many of the cyberpsycho missions you have completed, how many of them are done with the psychos being brought in alive, and then giving an option in dialogue. I mean you may not convince Lizzy, and that's fine, but at least it would provide a neat conversation path.

Doubt shes high-risk. There are cybernetics that directly connect to your nervous system like Sandevistan and mantis blades. Then there are superficial cybernetics that are “skin deep” like hers. I doubt they mess with your brain like a sandy
Think it's more to do with what they do at Mikoshi, considering the whole Arasaka thing with her Boyfriend, or even some Mr.Blueeyes shit as well, but cyberpsycho isn't completely out of the window, considering she did make her entire body chrome
the part where she sends you the eds and her message is really weird that even V shows some concern for her well being, is like her path to being a psycho is set
