Runs amazing on my both rigs one has 6800xt the other $2080Ti
Crazy thing is it even worse on base Xbox one lower Res and lower average frames than PS4 but no one is talking about it because no one plays on Xbox.
Perhaps the management merged the next gen console content merged with the last gen content, thus making cyberpunk 2077 crash and burn. It is still capable returning guns blazing if they find out this problem.
What's funny is that Sony still sells this non-playable game on its PlayStation store website.
All the bullshit that's going on with digital games is why I finally had enough of digital. It's physical, or nothing for me!
P.S. I once had a Wii with tons of games on it. Wii shop closed, my Wii broke, and I lost a ton of games.

Playstation does allow refund even after you download the game you can even play the game
Dude….the footage you shown at the beginning of gameplay @1:44 was PRE PATCH 1.04. Gameplay is much better now but still has issues….
For once, PCMR gets the good version.

I have been enjoying the game on PC/MASTER RACE
I love the game. I play on ps4 and have had less issues than with any bethesda game I have ever played.
Paps goes alright on ps4 a few funkies still playable
It's because they'd rather deal with this backlash than miss porting to the ps4
Considering getting a used Xbox and using that to test out these games
Update. Cyberpunk off Sony store. Now they don’t have to issue refunds.
What if you bought it in the disc in the store
It's the lack of an NVMe SSD drive in those consoles that is causing it. I installed it on my laptop in a HDD first and had similar glitches and performance problems, but when I moved it to my NVMe SSD drive, it was like night and day. The streets are now littered with people and many cars are on the streets (even at full speed on a motorcycle), where it was a ghost town without the NVMe SSD. Most games load the assets into RAM before startup, while Cyberpunk 2077 seems to stream directly from the drive to save on RAM (which is taken up by the environment). This is probably why PC gamers aren't reporting these issues, because most of them adhered to the recommended specs, and some do have the same problem but are the vocal minority.
I requested refund twice ,both the tijes stuck with stupid feedback mail that all executives are busy will get back to you soon but never got any response or refund after that
