  1. This game is super misunderstood. Its about becoming a legend, being involved in a job you really have no clue about (like Johnny) losing a friend you wish you could sacrifice yourself for (like johnny) and then coming to the understanding that our character is basically living a life that echos the themes of Johnnys life. Its meant to be like a surreal experience with a voice in your head you hate because you’re goin crazy, but by the end you embrace him and he sacrifices himself (johnny) to save you, to make up for not being able to save his friend in the mexican war. And V is supposed to empathize with this because he would do that for Jackie. Its a story about trying to make up for the mistakes you made by chasing some deluded dream.

  2. Cyberpunk lied on what it would deliver but it delivered such an amazing Immersiv Sim that it doesnt let you hanging, you just wonder what game of the century you missed because the developers couldnt make their ideas work, had no time or not enough experience.

However you would describe your experience, a redemption arc for johnny and rogue or a V ready to die as a legend. We all had a very intimate relation with this game story for anyone that paid enough attention. It is an experience you dont come out unbothered from. Really a work of art.

  3. Well it's just a game but to be honest I learn lessons from games and from cyberpunk is life is not always sunshine and rainbow and not all endings are good and most importantly the choice of to survive or do the good thing

  4. The first ending I played was the Suicide ending…mostly because I couldn't believe a game developer would even dare to offer up such a dark end to their game.
It was pretty rough, but it fit the game's dark, hopeless vibe.

  5. When I finished cyberpunk I remembered a line for a book I read once (can't remember what one) "Happiness isn't found at then end but during the journey" I always took it to mean especially after playing cyberpunk that we should all be content with the life we have weather rich and famous or modest and unknown. Happiness is what we make of it and it fits every ending but the suicide one. No matter if u go alone for the boss thst jaut means u chose a rich life and try to be happy, or if u went with your friends, u just chose a different type of happiness

    Sorry for the long text

  6. The game is depressing, i got the devil ending in my first playthrough and V singing to himself when he walks to the operating table broke me. The game tackles very serious topics and does a great job at going through with them

  7. Got a screenshot from the roof scene with Johnny, where you choose how to end the game, printed out as a poster. It reminds me that life will have difficult choices and to choose the way forward carefully. One of the most important lessons after choosing Panam and looking at other endings after, is that it's okay to lean on your friends, they want to help you as you helped them and not allowing them to do so is selfish, even if you justify it as not wanting them to get hurt.

  8. I tried the suicide ending cause I was intrigued by the option to “throw the pills” and once I realized what V was about to do it was too late, and the mid credit phone calls tore me apart

Credit to the crew that made that ending specially fell so heart breaking, can’t say many other games have really made me cry like that

  9. I got the worst ending by mistake, lol.

I thought it was going to be one "All the ending you're gonna get is going to be bad unless you do this Secret mission " type of things.

Imagine my surprise when I found out it wasn't that.
