Evelyn’s story reduced me to tears. I had no qualms in wiping out the Voodoo boys after that. It was a terrible tragedy.
Honestly… between punching fingers and zeroing Woodman and Alt nuking the Voodoo Boys off the net.
None of it was enough to truly avenge the broken doll that was Evelyn. CD PR may have dropped the ball on the 1.0 release but the story was always a nugget of golden story telling. From the story of Eve to V's ability to chose self-flatline and the voicemails in the credits. I've never seen that topic handled so well in media before. From both sides none-the-less.

Ehhhhhhhhh 😅 there's only one thing I disagree with anything about Evelyn is that she's hot or top shelf. I mean her boobs are pretty small, arms and legs are kinda bone skinny, hair cut isn't cute for her age, and her face looks a bit sunken. 😅 she kinda looks like a middle age dancer. But oh well not my type I suppose.
Her story was definitely dark and sets the tone of what kind of world cyberpunk is.
