I got that quest while roaming in that area in act 1 so yeah, you can get it pretty early
what cyberarms mod do you use?
I killed everyone and it's in my inventory?
I'm curious, what are other missions or free world items that are included in this puzzle? Does it include the monk bd's?

I did the mission before I went to toms dinner, so i was really confused, it's a good gun tough
Ngl fenrir is very underwhelming, used it twice and decided the low damage output wasn't worth the ammo expenditure.
I love this thing! The fire damage reallly helps out the dps and helps it really SHRED, even without any perks
I will say even tho I took their souls for myself it still spawned for me 😅 I love the burn affect it adds to the enemy tho
I still got it, but I brutally murdered everyone there
I legit short circuited the entire group and the monk was like no blood needed to be spilled as if I shot them all… soooo… as he slow walked out I shot each one in the head. LIKE NOW ITS GETTING SPILT.
It also always does fire damage so if you're goin for fire only this is a fun gun

I like to pick this gun up to carry me through the early game it’s pretty strong early on.
