I will say, Square Enix is doing a anniversary event for Final Fantasy 7 (I believe) and just Final Fantasy (the franchise) in general. Possibly more news about the FF7 Remake with its part 2 and HOPEFULLY maybe, news about Final Fantasy XVI…but that's just me being a huge Square Enix fanatic and having wishful thoughts. Who knows.

Honestly there’s some stuff in sonic frontiers that makes me worry, mainly the open world aspect, is it going to be open world and then we enter a level from there or is it going to be straight up open world and the levels are just these small areas around the map

No, none of those robots look anything remotely like something in previous sonic games. Seems like a full on reboot. Eggman might be in the game, but if so I don’t believe he will be the main boss. Or less of a reboot and more of its own thing as in other sonic games will continue to follow the regular story. The frontier franchise will be separate.

There are DLC and Expansion(s). The DLC are the free downloads, these will include things like additional guns/outfits/mods/side quests/etc… The full expansion may only be a single expansion, that's still up in the air and not hard confirmed, but should be 15 to 30 bucks.
