Something about this game feels off. Maybe it’s the way peds walk and move, to their non-existent AI, to how boring the architecture looks. It’s like an overly colorful and less dystopian version of blade runner.

I haven't played this in a couple months but I have a 3090 and used DLSS quality when I was playing it on 4k – it looks like the textures on some things are higher res now, especially on the people.
still the paper fake world surround even after more than year from release
punk is so damn far from RDR2
Honestly the game is so maxed out on graphics, the mods don't make a difference really. definitely the best looking city in a game ever. no one will be able to compete for a couple of years for sure
