  1. Crazy thing about dolls, is that the computer uses their body and puppet them around. Thats why they are called dolls. The computer knows exactly what body, conversations and movements to give you what you want. Thats why they act completely different after you say the safeword.

  2. You have to do one important thing at this point…talk to Takemura…but after that your world does open up and you can explore as you like. You don't have to meet with Judy right away…pad out your story quests with side jobs and exploration. Isn't it a shock when your rental girlfriend turns out to be a psychotherapist? Keep this convo in mind when you get to the end of the game. Amazing, unsuspected foreshadowing. Can't open a door? There's always an alternative…but look around…a lot! There's tons in the game to find. Loot more and sell what you don't need…gotta build up your bankroll. Smart weapons don't 'get good' until you build up your Intelligence attribute and apply some perks. Same deal for Power weapons [Reflexes] and Tech Weapons [Technical]. I'm not knocked out by Keanu Reeves' voice acting, but his Tapeworm rants are his best performances in the game, IMO. Many things can happen when you talk to Sluuuudge and his pals. Pre Patch 2.0, it was a mistake to punch Fingers…now it makes no difference, which is kinda too bad. I've been playing the game for a long time, but my usual tactic is 'Stealth for as long as possible…then go guns blazing'. But creeping around the old power plant can be very rewarding. Yes, levelling up your Attributes before going into major story action is important…but you can return to the power plant anytime. Judy's a bit of a savage, isn't she?

  3. Well, congratulations Ryan!
You've convinced me to start a new playthrough. 😂

Edit: Remember that this is an open world RPG. Explore everywhere, and don't try to rush too much.

Edit 2: 53:10 Oof. You just locked yourself out of a piece of Legendary Cyberware with that punch. "…more flies with Honey…", my man.

  4. For future, make sure to explore all rooms and talk to all before heading to your final destination. You missed almost half the content of the Evely's mission in Clouds, jsut because you failed to find and scan the room where she had her accident. It's a nice "shock" the first time you do it 🙂

  5. Really enjoying ur cp 77 series , but think u rush it a little , u should look more left and right when u explore a new area , tone of things u missed already ^^
This game has allot of things to discover and compared to other open world games , really rewards you nicely for doing that !
Also for killing "woodman " u closed a side quest with Judy for later on ^^

  6. You're not quite getting the quick hacking and messed it up.
    1C – 1C
    1C – 1C
    1C – E9 – 55

    IF you'd used the sequence 1C – 1C – E9 – 55 you would have unlocked them all

    (1C – 1C) – E9 – 55 would have unlocked the first 2
    1C (1C – E9 -55) would have unlocked the third one.

    In this case it was
    Top left (1C)
    2 down (1C)
    1 right (E9)
    1 up (55)

  7. Man phantom liberty will blow you away. It is the perfect expansion because it doesn’t feel like an expansion. It feels like it was there the whole time. so much content and atmosphere in that area of NC. Enjoy brother.

  8. So, here's the thing about this game's quests! There are essentially, to my thinking, 4 different types of jobs in NC: 1. Main quests, those are the ones you've been doing, completing all of them gets you to the end of the game (obviously) 2. Main story-adjacent side quests, these are questlines given to you by important characters you meet during the game (youve met 2 already: Judy and Johnny, but there are a few more that will either be introduced in the story or introduce themselves to you); 3. Side jobs, scattered around the map, some more fleshed out than others, but generally contained within one quest and 4. Gigs, which are one-time small jobs for the fixers of NC. To my mind, to experience this game properly, you NEED to do at least 1 and 2. The main-side quests, while technically optional, are SO good and fleshed out, they give you so much info about the world and the story, some of them give you insight into some character's psyches, ambitions and personalities, showcase the many sides of NC, and some even affect how your game ends. From those first few episodes, it seems to me you like to go faster than I do with the game, which is fine – to each their own! But I promise you that the side quests are fully fleshed out stories of their own, worth spending a few episodes on, and it would be disappointing to see you miss them.
Just my two cents! Any questions about those quests you dont wanna miss, I'm happy to help 🙂

  9. Brought and played on Xbox one on release it was unplayable, recently brought it on sale for series x they turned it around crazily. Also there’s a lot of endings and one given too the main game from completing the phantom liberty dlc before main game last mission if you want that choice, there’s a lot of hidden quests like where you selected Jackie’s ashes to go to family a later mission will appear. Thing to bare in mind is save game before any big decisions in dialogue then reload so you can see the other outcomes or google if unsure. That’s what I’m doing and will be doing for the multiple endings depending which route you go.

  10. When you’re doing the hacking, be aware that you can overlap the codes. For the one outside where Evelyn was being held, 2 of the options needed you to enter 1C 1C. You chose the 3rd option which needed 1C E9 55. If you had entered 1C 1C E9 55, you would have hacked all 3 options. Just something to watch for if you keep using the cyberdeck 😉
