Chatting "Looks bad"
I don't like raytracing because it means John Nvidia himself is gonna hold me at gunpoint and force me to sell my kidney to buy a 4090

We're getting closer to rendered CGI trailers translating into actual gameplay.
Stop doing stupid react content. Make your own content
if only the lack of all these "fake lights" gave us back any frames, i would love for one of these RTX modes to actually boost performance
People saying it looks the same are just blind or just don't understand how it works lol.
Can't blame chat for not knowing how lights work, they don't see them in action too often IRL.
Yo, heads up. If you haven't played in a while and you have a heavily modded installation, your game will almost certainly crash on launch with script errors unless you update all your scripting frameworks and extenders (like Cyber Engine Tweaks, RED4ext and Redscript), as well as any mods with scripting dependencies. The flying car mod is a popular one.
CDPR will probably change function addresses again (like they do in almost every patch) so you may have to wait for an update to CET and RED4ext or know how to temporarily disable all your mods or if you live stream this on day 1, its going to turn into "tech support with grandpa Lirik" and you and your viewers are gon have a real bad time.
overdrive is 30% more taxing on your gpu this is what cdpr said.
this is very good because i get 200fps almost with psycho rtx enabled at 1440p with my 4090.
dlss looks better than native though so even if your gpu can handle native you still want to enable dlss because it upscales to a much higher resolution and you actually get to see more detail in distances and textures
yeah the industry has a really bad issue with developers overdeveloping their UI even small things like giving a melee weapon a hit marker is just weird and wrong reserve that stuff for guns. this game with the UI completely on looks like absolute * it removes so much immersion to a point of ruined.
the biggest complaint i can give this game is by far the animation locking because the damage models looks awesome in this game but then they ruin it with annoying animations.
Whit, so there is no shadows in original CP2077? And why textures looks like they on low settings?
The problem with realistic lighting is that you can't see shit in the dark without a flashlight but AI enemies can.
It insane how realistic can be Cyberpunk 2077 with this ray tracing technique. And in time so sad that you need wait to 2077 when you can buy Nvidia graphic card like less of 1 billions Zimbabwe dollars.
