  1. o.O There was something on the balcony at 5:08!……. Oooooooh, it's car's. Me stoobit. XD
Huh. So you're making US-version of chonk (Spicy oil). Makes sense that every country develops it's own version inspired by the original. I like it, makes for interesting dish mixtures.

Wish I could show you the dish I am eating whilst watching. Guess I have to gmst and start a cooking channel. But I am to shy in front of a camera.
As long as the oil doesn't look like testing the fireplace at Raycer's home, you'll be fine. ^^
Nice theory, Henry: I think what you're used to from the restaurant is breadcrum-floured meatslices. Next time use AP-flour, eggsbatter and then breadcrumflower. Then you will get the flaky result you're looking for. And I agree with you, deep frying is a mess of waste oil. Panfrying with about an inch high of oil or until meatslice is half covered is better. In experience this method uses only 1/3rd of a bottle of oil. Pakora on the other hand, you have to deep fry it.

@Henry: Again with the burpda or Sorp? I know it probably tastes good, but you will get some problems later. Trust me.

Boil some tea and let it cool down, without sugar.
You can get some interesting flavours if you mix different styles of teas together.
For instance: I mix peach, orange, apple and lemon together.
Or get a 100% fruitjuice or still mineralwater.
