please do PL first! It adds so much to the game, you'll love it!
I've played through the latest version of the game three times and have never encountered the bugs that I see here.
54:20 – Does anyone counting how many civilians Mapo killed with his electric implant? Add +1 xD
So glad this amazing series is back, have you considered doing a playthrough of Baldurs Gate 3 Mapo? The dialogue and writing is incredible, turn based combat takes some getting used to but its an awesome game overall and right up your alley i think
12:37 When your game doesn't have mods and actually work like it's supposed to be then you wouldn't see this and eventually the guy in trunk will start screaming for help and you can choose to ignore him or stop and talk to him like you did before, of course you can talk to him before getting in the car aswell.
DO NOT Meet hanako at embers unless you want finish the game, go for all the side content first and please do phantom liberty, its' SO SO worthy of your playthrough!
And now, Hanako will be sitting there at Embers for weeks, while Mapo pays a visit to the lovely Dogtown.
such a sick game. best way to put it
I just skip the videos or the parts where Mapo does side stuff. It wasn't interesting for me when I played the game myself, so I'm not interested in watching someone else doing all that grind.
My problem with this game is that it is stuffed with meaningless, mindless busy work. The issues with generic open world games have been discussed many times, everybody knows about them. Jim Sterling made a really good video about that topic in the past, so no need for me to tell you what these issues are. That is why I find boring watching Mapo doing the police raid number 46698 and reading endless walls of mind-numbingly texts this game calls "world building".
So yeah, I just come for the interesting parts of the main quest and some of the side missions.
You saved Takemura! Unfortunately I didnt save him when I played through because I didn’t know you could!
I hope this series never ends
Did Mapo EVER used "Charge" on weapons that can be charged? I swear i didn't seen him once charging. Or am I trippin?
15:00 – Wakako gives you an extra line if you never open the boot at all, too.
I would like to know how Johnny can see out of the window in the motel without Vs perception.
Time for Mapo to get used to reading MEET HANAKO AT EMBERS
hey man, you should play blackmesa version of half life blue shift. They remade the whole blue shift game and its amazing
One of my favourite moments in the game is just before the oda fight you can lean on the balcony and watch the floats and listen to the music. It's such a simple thing to add but i remember being in awe of how beautiful this game can be sometimes.
It feels like your game is as buggy as my release day playthru. 2.0 was def a lot better. Certain mods maybe?
I am here for the ride man
"Meet Hanako at Embers" – every Cyberpunk fan has read that more than anything else in the game, because we do not want it to end. I say ghost off Hanako, I've got a city to burn.
just a quick reminder in case you didn't know, you gotta play phantom liberty before the main quest ends.
Lmao your commentary during the dancing is so funny.
also yeah, V is a terrible dancer haha
29:15 "We're going to bed at a reasonable hour. " … " this game is more immersive than my own life" delivered in the most deadpan way is too hilarious Mapo.
gosh i love how the update made the boss fights more engaging and just overall better !! wish i could replay them over and over again lol
Lol I love the idea of V just standing in the middle of the lobby of her apartment building texting in her underwear and everyone else just walking past like it's normal.
loving this series mapo the goat
why is there so much crap on your map? NCPD events only appeared when i got near them, made the gigs and side jobs way more manageable
Mapo i bet you are way advanced in game, and maybe this suggestion is pointless, but you should definitely get the optical camo for Phantom Liberty !
I think the shotgun you used in that episode is an energy weapon , you can charge your shots with them and release in a good timing for optimal damage , your content is gold btw👌
Do you know you can get two pets that would just loiter about your flat?
I…I never even thought of seeing if River does anything when I use the mirror!
I just realized that, since you haven't used tech weapons enough, you never charge their shots. They can quick fire like normal weapons, but they loose out on a ton of damage potential doing so.
Your playthrough and commentary is entertaining bro. Can’t wait till you start Phantom Liberty!
lmao loved your reaction to the date, very relatable, its def nice thing they added after the fact but its indeed very limiting, what little dialogue you saw is unfortunately all it has to offer, no updating conversations, if anything a few diferent animations for diferent houses but hardly worth doing it a second time. Really wish they had more dialogue together, like small talk about main missions or something. I believe theres a mod for more imersive dates but dunno if youd go that far
i catch myself wanting to use "choom" in irl conversations because of this playthrough 😩
You can literally murder innocent people in this game, lord forbid they allow you to cheat right?
Had no idea Oda does all that in his fight
By the time I get to him in my runs I always demolish him in seconds before he can do anything
Feels like I've cheated myself out of a cool battle by grinding all the side content first
Probably already answered, but are saving Phantom for after you beat the game? There is a lot of good stuff you get from it that you have much use for if you play it last. Unlike me, who played it last and by the end of the DLC, I had cool stuff and nothing left to do to use it on.
