This just goes to show you how deep the rabbit hole goes in this game. I have had countless playthroughs on this game and can’t remember this outcome with Judy. I am a creature of habit and rarely deviate from my preferred narrative. So I am glad people have pointed out that this is not a new dialogue. If you're cool level is high enough you can say that you just want to know who hired her. Judy softens up if she knows what your intentions are with Evelyn. Once she learns that you hold no malice towards Evelyn she tells you to call her and tell her how Evelyn is doing and then thanks V.
Nah you picked the wrong option at the end there. I picked the other option in my new play through and she was nicer than that

I choose alot of the skill based dialogue and still am. (I'm about 30% of V's big leagues title after doing all the everything with some of the main quest finished. yeah I'm gonna make it 100% once death hits like a truck by the end)

Is it missable or is it a main quest
This isn't new
She’s only nice to you and then thanks you after if you chose the option,
“Just need to know how hired her.”
She’ll respond with,
“That’s it?”,
And then immediately will back off, and is a lot kinder you when telling you to grab Evelyn’s cig case.
Then she’ll catch you before you head out the door and then humbly thank you and put her head down.
Ya she’s a bitch but she’s also scared for her best friend because of the mess she got into. And seeing what happens to her after, she was right to worry.
I've never got this outcome, that's cool. It's funny cuz I started from scratch on 1.5 and I felt that some interactions made Judy actually react nicer to me than I remembered. I played on ps4 on release and remember she being REALLY mean on the beginning. Then later on PC I tried different choices and it made her interactions a little better but she was still sour. But this last playthrough I really felt like she was being nice to me, which was a surprise cuz that was not at all how I remembered the interactions (I pictured something like this judy on the video lmao). I was wondering if those different outcomes have always been there or they just added it on 1.5, but seeing that more people noticed some different interactions makes me really curious to dig more into it
Is this gender exclusive because i did create a new character in 1.5 and never seen this option as a male nomad
You picked the wrong dialogue choise you should pick the one where it says:
Just need to know who hired her and she will tell you to pick the cigs etc. and then she will ask you to call her once you found Evelyn.
And about the pistole location they did a LOT of changes with the weapons locations for example the L-69 Zhuo smart shotgun is not where it was before the next gen patch 1.5

Btw you can now get the Death & Taxes pistol twice… once from Maiko & again from Judy's apartment, where as before it was literally not in the game at all.

Too bad i can't even play this game. Things were fine when Ver 1.5 dropped, then the hotfix to fix crashing on other platforms came out and I have been crashing ever since on pc. Godamn it CDPR can you at least quit fucking up my game worse pls?
Yes ALOT of the dialogue has been improved. And I LOVE how much more fleshed out the text messages are now. Panam and river text you wayyyyy more. Especially Panam if you romance her 😏😏😏😏
Patch 1.5 made the game overall so much better!! They changed a lot & subtle things I noticed. Just finished it tonight, absolute my best gaming experience this year and in a lifetime next to Witcher 3

Just started playing this game this weekend. Holy fuck it has me hooked, I can probably put 3000 hours into this game. So many builds and play options I want to try.
you deflected in the "desperate" segment instead of admitting that you were dying and need ev's help. that's what changed the dialogue.
I think the interaction you remembered was linked to that Cool based dialogue option you couldnt select. I did that convo recently and had sufficient Cool, Judy then asked me to call her if I found Ev…
I dont think it's new. I've done two playthroughs, one being a Nomad and another being a Corpo, both female Vs and this interaction happened both times.
That interaction is still there, you just chose the more asshole-ish responses, so her reaction changed. I got the more concerned Judy in my playthough just last week.
Started my second playthrough on 1.5, picked the exact same dialogue options except the one at 1:45
If you say that you're f'd, then she will make a short remark on it and won't be as hostile as in the video and then she will tell you to contact her if you see Evelyn
I think it just boils down to the choice you make while talking to Judy, I don't think it's related to patch 1.5
The phone call you do at 4:05 is different as well because she normally says that she'll meet you there but in your video she doesn't see that

I deleted the game and realized that my saved data is still there on my PS4 Will i be able to get this
