  1. Just install a few mods and you'll already feel the game's overhaul. When I tried it for the first time, there were still bugs, but the story and characters are all worth it.

  2. bro how you do that is 16hrs I know I've always played single player games slow but I got like 23 hrs mostly doing main quest I've only done a few side quest and I'm like probably I think halfway don't through the game lmao

  3. I absolutely LOVE Cyperpunk 2077! Sure, it had a very rocky start but unlike other studios who just drop it, CDPR kept working on it with tons of fixes and updates. Originally I just purchased a physical "Day One" edition and simply did other stuff until it released; so I wasn't really all that bothered with the delays.

The city, the atmosphere, and almost everything felt just great to me. Now the one thing I didn't like was the teleporting cops but fortunately patch 1.7 will take care of that (looks like CDPR noticed a mod and basically just put it into the game). I actually liked it so much that I wanted the Collector's Edition with the statue and other goodies. Fortunately I was able to find one at a pretty decent discount as the external box was damaged. Then I simply sold the copy of the game that was inside (it was the exact same as the "Day One") and put the goodies in a display case. I also picked up some other cool CP2077 statues as well as a rare 2018 presskit statuette of the lady in white (Melissa Rory) that I got for a very nice price. The Edgerunners anime was also very awesome; especially because you can actually visit most of those areas ingame; so there's a real connection there.

Now I can't wait for Patch 1.7 and the expansion. Once those have arrived I will definitely start up another fresh game together with a select few mods (which will likely need a 1.7 update first anyway).

  4. Dude, I just bought it a couple of months ago and I'm having the exact same experience, except I currently have 127 hours in. Played some main missions until I got the feel of the game, but once I hit gigs and side missions, that's all I did. Well, that and explore.

  5. For me the game is a 6/10, the gameplay is okay, the world is boring and the main story is not good. The side missions are really good, they tell some of the best stories and best characters in gaming imo.

  6. There's a reason for the short duration of main mission and the culprit is the Witcher 3.
Many people complained that the story in the Witcher 3 was too long and the pacing too slow, CDPR themselves backed this up with statistics showing that a lot of people didn't finish the game, so they had to lower the duration for Cyberpunk 2077. But I really think that they went far too deep into making it shorter, they'll need to find a right balance for their next games.

  7. I did multiple play throughs and it took about 100 hours on each one doing most side missions. each time. I then did a mod download of flying cars and realized this should be unlocked halfway through the game as a fast travel option. Now done 700 hours on this game. About 200 hours with the flying cars mod.

  8. yep, totaly agree with you. i bought cyber on launch and played in on my laptop. it was ok i did 1 playthrough and didnt try it again untill like month ago. so i had around 2 years of break from it and oh boy, the difference is huge. my biggest complaint about launch cyber was that night city ,although looking might as a city itself, felt a bit hollow. there wasnt much traffic, barely any crowds, weather all the same. but now? man this City is so immersive, looks amazing. Option they added in graphics rly boosts the experience of the city. Crowds, traffic, weather changed, also much better graphic. Its awesome. Quests and side quests are amazing. Specially side quests. The whole Panam and Peralez quests are my favourite. Characters are rly memorable, totaly immersive. Maybe 1st person adds a lot to it. I even had a moments where i had like shivers during some creepy cyberpsycho missions (the bloody ritual one) its how immersive that shit is. Districts and locations feel special and variety of them feels real, like in some real city. Im in like 60-80hs of gameplay and now trying the nomand ending. Its awesome. later ll try others but if the Panam ending is so satisfing ill maybe stick with it and not try others. Also what i noticed this time (playing on hard difficulty) its a lot more challenging, like enemy npcs act more inteligent in combat etc. Ofc im not playing the boring netrunner build but tech sniper/stealth throwing knife. Game gives you a lot of variety of how you build your char and even if you choose to go with one thing you can transition naturaly to something else that you like, other weapons and ttributes/perks. Actually the best experience is when you mix weapons in combat and try different approaches. idk how anyone can do netrunner forever, it must be so boring and easy.. cheers. oh and the music is cool too, i like to cruise thru the city with radio on on my bike ;d

  9. This game sucks a**.. Mostly because the main story is about urgency but at the same time wants you do the side missions. Total breaking the immersion of the game's plot. Picked up this game very recently and was utter disappointed about this game, which felt flat.
Granted, the side missions are much more worth the main story. If I was to recommend this game to anyone I would say to stay away from the main mission as much as possible. But you can't blame people to get a bad impression of the game and leaving it behind if they were playing for the main story.

  10. What cdpr games lack in their open world games is sandbox mechanics, once you finished the main and side quests there is emptyness, great words both Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk but the fact you can't do anything ealse like in skyrim or gta is a crime. There should be real crime, gang, corpo mechanics, where you actually grow as a character inside the game and so on. This game easyly could have been fing outstanding, but the crafted beaufitul city is empty of any meaningfull mechanics once you finish it.

  11. Lol stop capping just wait for next update, people if you don't have high end hardware run the other way , if you do just wait for phantom update and the patch updates that gonna come after it breaks the game, just wait a little more before getting into it.
