We finally figured out how to get legendary quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077. It turns out that the Cyberpunk 2077 legendary quickhacks are locked behind perks.
Under the quickhacking perk tree there are perks for unlocking the ability to craft quickhacks, including epics and legendaries. Once you unlock these perks you instantly have all quickhack blueprints.
Epic and Legendary quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077 have some secret quickhacks that can only be obtained through crafting epics or legendary quickhacks.
This Cyberpunk 2077 legendary quickhacks guide is here to help you have this realization. You’ll have to spec to 16 intelligence to unlock epic quickhacks crafting. Then you’ll need 20 intelligence to unlock legendary quickhacks. So if you want to have legendary quickhacks you’re going to need to commit to an intelligence built in Cyberpunk 2077.
Occasionally you can find epic quickhacks somehow out in the world, but it’s very rare. Now you know the correct way to find legendary quickhacks in Cyberpunk 2077. This is the only way in the game to get legendary quickhack upgrades in Cyberpunk 2077.

you can get them from net runners in the same area, not seen any legendary yet, but all the others they drop
on the sidequest "Spellbound" if you decode the spellbook shard you can get a legendary quickhack recipe usable even without int 20
Ummm… Im lvl 6 intelligence. I have Cyberpsychosis and Suicide on my cyberdeck, and I think i bought them, so….
There’s a bug that removes some of the crafting schematics of the quick hacks once you craft them.
Another way to get legendary quickhacks is from the perk that gives you quickhacks whenever you hack terminals for components and creds
Level 10 intelligence and I got purple suicide from npc drops a few times. Bought blue reboot optics from a net runner store. Cant remember which one specifically though.
Or use Datamine Virtuoso and save scum access points. Can get a deck full of ultimate quickhacks by level 7, saving a lot of attribute points, perk points, and money
I mean do you even need to buy components? Just datamine every terminal you see and you’ll get plenty of Quickhack components

Legendary system reset is available for free during a side quest if you crack the shard you will optain before finishing the quest.

I got everything without crafting except cyberpsychosis. Suicide and system reset are pretty op because you cn use it even without investing in int. They are invaluable specially to sneak and its badass in non-stealth confrontation.
System Reset also comes from a quest too, it also gives you the legendary blueprint for it, but, you don't keep the blueprint.
That feeling once you get legendary contagion and legendary ping at which point you can instantly murder 5 people 100 feet away through 9 layers of walls every second.

Do you need to invest in the tech tree to get legendary quick hacks? So do I need 20 in Intelligence and 20 (or 12) in tech?

In the beginning when you said you needed the attributes to get them, im guessing you meant for crafting yes, but not for getting quick hacks. I haven't invested in rare or epic and have epic quick hacks. Just can't craft them is all. I have cyberpsychosis epic as well. Haven't seen suicide or detonate grenade yet though
I have 4 legendary quick hacks including Cyberpsychosis and I don't have any of the crafting perks, also have no idea where I got them sadly.
you can get Random Epic Quickhacks when you are about level 28+ and hacking Access Points (Datamine)
Objects Jammer Daemon for use in Breach Protocols = whenever you perform a Breach Protocol (which makes all quick hacks in the area cost less RAM) you will automatically upload the Jammer Daemon for free, everything will be affected automatically when you breach protocol, which is the real power of this Legendary quickhack.
Note: I got cyberpschosis and also suicide epic version from drop in Pacifica
Ok so when I upgrade intelligence to level 20 and I get the legendary crafting specs for quickhacks but after that I want to reset my skill tree 'cuz I dont want to spend 20 points on Intelligence, will the crafting specs still be there?

Actually, I just found the mission/location where there are 2 Access Points that both give a Legendary Quick Hack and I have only 3 INT. It is a Gig called Hot Merchandise from Rogue in Heywood (Wellsprings exactly). There are two vending machines inside the shop that you can hack after the mission. I got v3 and at least v1 or v2, and they both gave me Legendary Quick Hacks. Also, I was level 50, and game set on very hard (not sure if that other stuff matters or not but you can test it). You're welcome!

Legendary short circuit makes 20 pellet shotguns epic as each pellet has a chance on critical hit to short circuit the target.
For fuck sake! The shop only sells the uncommon and rare components to me I just need to craft a fucking detonate grandate to get a fucking trophy for platinum!!!!!!!!!

you could also get intelligence up to 20 unlock all the specs, then reset your perks and use them somewhere else
Is there some way to tell how much a quick hack is improved by upgrading it from one level to the next? It's hard to evaluate whether to upgrade a quick hack without being able to compare the new to the old version.
Do not equip the legendary cripple movement. There is something very wrong with it, equipping it causes small error to build up till you game crashes.
Where can I buy epic quickhack components? I can only find uncommon and rare components in netrunner shops.
You can find epic quickhacks by farming VDB groups. The beach in Pacifica has a great loop that's half VDB, half Scav.
