  1. Hey dude, totally unrelated but on the mission for Padre that you infiltrate a funerary, if you read the computer in the reception there is a list of messages related to people you kill in other gigs, really interested detail

  2. This is an awesome series, and highlights those little overlooked details that show the depth the devs put into this game. I’m so glad the patches have made the game much more playable and enjoyable, and looking forward to what Phantom Liberty brings to the table.

  3. Playing for keeps is pretty easy to do if you sneak—you can sneak kill the guy in the alley on the phone, and the girl in the back room, and the key card is right there on the table. Exit via the alley and you’re golden!

  6. Cyberpunk deserves more love. It is a good game with a lot to discover and love. Thanks for spreading the love, it keeps the game alive. Blood sports is what I remember the best, quest wise.

  7. So when i try to deposit the eye on playing for keeps all the tigers turn agro even if i went full stealth. I see you have a similar problem. I wish cdpr fixes this problem

  8. For the first mission always I stealthed it in the back and looted the eye but last playthrough I went back to the shop after completing the mission and the blackmail choices came up. I never even realised it was a choice. I chose it and he went into the back and got the eye, so now I've got some dude's eye stuck in my inventory!
It's always worth it as a netrunner to hack the access point in every mission, even the quick and easy ones. You can get some good hacks even though the loot feed never tells you what you get. I've got every hack in legendary just from breach

  9. Interesting. I have to admit that after the first 5 hours or so reading all the shards I eventually stopped reading them at all. And also, being a gun guy and hating stealth I have a bad habit of just killing anything that gets in my way of completing the mission. Then afterwards I find all the alternative ways of completing the mission without all the mayhem. Oh well, on my next playthrough I'll be more kind and gentle. Oh wait….no I won't. lol

  10. Yeah…I had to get a hint about doing Playing for Keeps with blackmail, although I did it by stealth a few times and never clued into all the possibilities. It's tough to dope out when you're new in the game. I generally had more trouble with the Tyger Claws by the drop point.

Bloodsport is a fun one. I like to do it by stealth, rescue Ro and send him off, and then go back inside to 'tidy up' the Tygers. A fair amount of loot in there. It would have been fun if Ro had shown up at the final Beat On The Brat fight to congratulate V on his win. In one of the dojo washrooms, there's a mirror that shows you your back as a reflection, rather than your front facing it. A weird little uncorrected glitch in the game, seemingly.

Heisenberg is just plain fun…lots of enemies and twists and turns in the environment. It's always hard to say what connection the conversation shards have with the rest of the game, but the No Life announcement made me LOL, since Half-Life is one of the relatively few games I've ever played. One of the things that puzzles me about the game generally is that V is often involved in hazardous enviroments…toxic water, drug labs, polluted areas here and there…and is regularly finding hazmat suits and gas masks, there is never any need to use those things in any of the gigs or side jobs. If you want seriously impressive explosions, fire up your Sandevistan and throw a dozen or 20 grenades…they'll all go off more or less simultaneously. BIG badaboom!

I'm not a deep thinker looking for story connections…I just hope every bit of deleted or incomplete material that didn't appear in the released game shows up finished and polished in the DLC. If they are only going to do a single expansion, it had better be epic in both size and scope. It would also be a big refresh of a game we've all played over and over for the last couple of years. A few extra gigs or scanner jobs in each region would be very welcome.
