Today we learn that Cyberpunk 2077 just had the biggest digital launch ever, with over 10.2M units sold digitally on the PC. This puts a big question mark on CD Projekt Red’s decision to launch the game on the “Old Gen” PS4 and Xbox One

  1. I would never need a refund for Cyberpunk! Maybe I'm just lucky, I've not experienced even half of the bugs that folks have been making claims on. (Disclaimer) I'm not denying folks on their claims, Simply stating that I've had an overall good experience with Cyberpunk. [Playstation pro] I've had blue screens and 8ug8ear mission not activating (which I worked around with a reload.) Other than that, it's been good!

  2. No… I bought the game on XB1 – just because it works (fairly) well for the 80% PC users, doesn't mean they can/should simply write off the console gamers for whom it doesn't work properly. I'm as entitled to get the game I paid for as any PC user. If they don't fix it, it will be the last game I ever buy from CDPR… esp. since I kept the effing thing to give them the chance/time to fix it.

  3. I'm one of those rare people who seems to be having very few problems with the game overall. I don't care about a refund. I've even paused my update because I don't want to lose the ability to find cool armor with 4 mod slots. There are some bugs and the occasional crash but I can live with it until they get the legendary gear bug fixed.

  4. Most of the controversy allowed current investors to buy in to CBPR at a way lower market value. Thank you consumers. All your whining made the lower class even poorer.

  5. Hi there Cyberdquad and good day to you all! I've had the same since launch and I've been pof laying it on PS4 Pro, and even with all the hype of the game having issues I really like the game. Also I had been anticipating the game and I was very happy that it played as it did. Even more so as I played initially I was very excited and had no problems whatsoever, I convinced myself in a sort of magical way that if there's glitches with AI t's incorporated into the mainframe of the game and really loved it like that. I plan to get PS5 soon and I'm looking forward to the difference, and a gaming pc down the line. As far as DLC, I'd like to see customization options and new maps, such as the infamous hidden mansion, and of course everyone's favorite Jackie Wells.

  6. Leaving Last-gen behind is lowkey a bad business move especially since It takes a few years for people to convert to next-gen systems. They should have just released CP2077 on PC and held on to the last-gen version of the game until they were in a good state to launch.

  7. They should update the game to next Gen before they add new content. So the games fine on PC, so the thousands of us on Next Gen consoles get to miss out. They should reintroduce 3rd person , that would be cool.

  8. As someone who's playing on PS4, I'm glad they did it this way. The game is playable, enjoyable even. I'd rather have the game in its current state with improvements coming than have to wait 6 months while everyone else has already beaten it.

  9. The game is good on PC not groundbreaking. And 4 years of development that included engine building at the same time. Bad advertising and too many unfulfilled promises. I’m excited for 2078, hopefully it’s more of an actual rpg and not an action adventure game, some better ai and police systems

  10. I play on ps5 (i ve never expected to play on ps4) I'm enjoying myself and im nearing the end of my third playthroug (nomad). Yeah the game has issues and im aware of them but I m still having a good time! I had such a good time that I ve bought the collector's edition (the loot was worth it honestly). My main problems are that I gotta wait for fall 2021 to enjoy the game on the full power of my console and that a lot of the gears (legendary) you get in the endings don't follow after you re done with those endings (prejudice, rogue s jacket, amnesty (cassidy s gun challenge reward), the loot in the locker at the end of the panam ending (cowboy lookin armor)) and now the mod slots re roll problems.

  11. Not surprising…. most of us who bought the game don't want a refund, they just want them to fix the issues and offer enough DLC to meet the expectations set.
That being said I do feel sorry for the gamers playing on last years consoles…especially the Xbox One Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition owners 😂😂😂

  12. In my opinion most of us allready played the game, we had out first experience, that experience we can never get back, it doesnt metter what they do from now on, most have played it and seen it all, a less buggy or better working game is not big of a change

  13. ok, #1. poor Hanako is just sitting there waiting for MONTHS, the girl better at least have a hobby

#2. I think they should refund last gen consoles in their entirety and just be honest that the game simply isnt designed for them and work on the next gen and PC only. Im not trying to screw the PS4 and XB1 owners, Im just saying CDPR already did, and I'd rather they fess up, issue full no-questions-asked refunds and focus on the versions they CAN still save

  14. For 4 straight minutes you ramble on the same shit. Give an analysis as if you’ve become an overnight financial advisor, even though you’re reading from a damn spreadsheet. And choose to repeat it over and over again. Your opinion to leave last gen in the dust is foolish. Without those, the next gen ports wouldn’t exist without that ecosystem. All these “content creators” legitimately record shit gameplay and use source material as “content”
