  1. I am not saying this game is or will be bad, but I feel a strong need to say this.

This game's developers were specifically asked to be inclusive of trans and non-binary people because of the hope that cyberpunk-style futuristic possibilities for gender expression and gender-reassignment offer those communities. The devs failed massively to offer that hope.

The character design choices this game offers are literally binary options and still linked to binary genders. Freaking Animal Crossing did a better job of letting you break gender norms and break from our obsession with explicitly gendering everyone and everything. When games like this, the Sims series, Dragon Age, etc. try to offer an in-depth character creator but still choose to limit your options in major and significant ways, that benefits no one. When you can spend plenty of time on adjusting your character's breasts/chest/pecs and genitals yet you can't truly customize your character to reflect any gender you want, that is not OK. Not by today's standards.

It is truly disappointing when a community tries so hard to raise their voice and has their request for recognition and validation dodged so hard. No, non-binary people cannot just make broken character creators work for them, and even games like the Sims 4 that have some trans-inclusive options still often fail non-binary people. This is not OK. No community should be left out of otherwise great games, and it is truly discouraging when you cannot see yourself or others like you in a game because the devs failed to consider people like you yet again.

  4. I love you guys, but I'm not gonna watch the Cyberpunk 2077 content because I don't want to support that company (under any circumstance) with their month-long crunch and their fetishization of trans people in the game
