  1. I just refused to get in the car with the guy I was supposed to hit.. makes no point and have no reasons to.. so the quest ends after refusing.. wanted to see what the hell is going on.. I am very confused.

  2. Kinda shitty that they are nearly impossible to kill (one shot) and your contractor gets knocked, I was paid to kill him so I will…Don't force me to do a stupid side mission.
Edit: If you wanna kill him, shoot him as soon as he comes out the van then run back, zig zag. Steal a car and constantly run the body guards over. Every time you each the other side, park on the side, get out and heal and do it again. You literally cannot run big boss, he will dodge or phase through your car. Then lure him to one side, even though you killed the guy, you gotta go up to him and headshot him on the floor. Once you go that you call the lady.

  3. I killed the main cop and the target person right on the spot, after they shot my contractor. I used my legendary katana, the main cop had no chance (When you spam attack with the Katana the enemy is stuck in a animation). After I killed the cop and the target person I had to run though. The NPCD AI just spawns behind you from NOWHERE, so there isn't any other option than running away from the drones and other NPCD officers. Received 5k from Wakako after I told her that I finished my job. If Wakako gives me a job, I will finish my job without any deviations!

  4. I'm sorry, this quest sucks. The truck controls like absolute shit, the cars just go out their way to crash into you for some reason, I kept dying like 10 times because I tried killing the cop (WHICH IS THE RATIONAL THING TO DO IN THIS SITUATION) and then the entire quest glitches out and I die.

  5. My favorite quest so far, interesting story, relates to the main characters, clever dialogue, great side characters, understandable conflict and legit RPG elements (You can choose V beliefs on God, afterlife, redemption and the nature of Silverhand). Wish more quest had this depth and roleplay in this game.

  6. So… I'm trying to figure out what happened. At the point we show up at the house and get out of the van, I accidently double click 'd' and strafe, but that somehow sends Joshua flying into the sunset and then the cop jumps in the car and drives off almost comically fast and then I'm getting shot up by drones.

  7. Best quest in the game. And not only for the Smiths reference.
I’ve never seen religious philosophy addressed in a video game in this way. The question of redemption against absolute mortal transgression is handled impressively.
    (Spoiler)
A character is seeking to literally crucify himself, ostensibly to obtain hope of some salvation, and the game is asking the player to frame his motivations.
Writing never really shows it’s own hand or takes a solid position on the guy. It just sets up possible reasons for his actions and forces the player to consider them.
    I think it’s brilliant.
This game isn’t getting enough love for what it does well. I hope it will.

  8. Something jumped out at me that someone who's never played the original 2020 game wouldn't get. "Coked out corpos". How does he even know what cocaine is? The plant was literally wiped off the face of the earth with bio weapons.

  9. This quest is pretty Horrible. In the quest it's mentioned that Jesus is still dying for peoples sins. That's totally 100% Not what The Bible says. Jesus died, rose again, and is no longer shedding blood for sins, it's Done. This is blasphemous. Also, Joshua is a transliteration of Jesus. Yeshua is the Hebrew name of Jesus, and its English spelling is "Joshua." So the game devs would actually have you if you partake in the BD in nailing Jesus to the cross! This is pretty freaking blasphemous. I would expect nothing less from Mike Pondscum.

  10. When that guy with the white suit and eye augs sat down, i for sure thought he was gonna pop her in the head or some surprise shit like that. he looks to badass to pass up an opportunity. i mean fuck just the way he looks over at us in the convo while eating his meal

    Seriously missed opportunity.

  11. Is it normal that I wanted to kill every single person on this side mission? the first guy, the religious one, the cop, the producer? I seriously wanted to get rid of all of them, the only one I would spare is Gloria
