Out side of town in ultra it gives u only 30fps sometimes below 30. Gtx 1060 not gives below to 30 in town with ultra settings. Poor amd gpus.

If you see any RX 500 series card downclocking itself that means paste need to be changed. Here we can see only 64 degree on the gpu but still underclocking itself.
You can solve this issue with undervolting the card. Ive got same problem with same card.
Performance boost is rly noticeable when there is no downclock on gpu core,no sttutering and much smoother gameplay.
