NPC textures load in like it's Ride to Hell Retribution.
NPC's spawn and despawn just by turning around like it's GTA Vice City.
Draw distance is on par with GTA San Andreas, as is the amount of objects popping in.
NPC intelligence and behavior is on par with Watch Dogs.
More texture pop-in than Rage from 2011.
Overall graphical quality is on par with Fallout 4.

THE NPCs ARE A HUGE PROBLEM, I AM SO DISSAPOINTTED MAN, THERE IS NO EVEN POLICE CHASING, POLICE LITTERLY SPAWN FROM NOWHERE, YOU DRIVE A BLOCK AWAY AND THEY STOP LOOKIF FOR YOU AND DONW EVEN CHASE YOU WITH THEIR CARS

I don't like why I punch someone every one flee like there is a demon, don't like when you kill a civilian NCPD cops teleport behind your ass but they won't do shit when you are attacked by goons and when you run to NCPD cops they will either do nothing or join the goons to kill you for a measly 10$.
