This side job will be given to you after satisfying the above requirements. Kirk will call you and you must agree to meet with him. Head to El Coyote Cojo and accept his offer there.
Now, head to Megabuilding H4 in Arroyo, Santo Domingo, to meet up with Kirk.
Your objective here is to obtain the goods inside a van in a nearby garage. The problem is that this van and garage is protected by some Valentino gang members. You can enter the complex from either the parking lot, using crates to help cover your approach, or by hopping over the southern portion of the fence and moving clockwise around the building.
Take out the enemy by the van and then take out the other two enemies in the vicinity. After that, loot the back of the van to retrieve the goods and the confront the Valentino gang members that attacked Kirk. You can either fight them or allow them to humiliate you. After this confrontation, the side job will be over.
