Ampere didin't improve performance much at 1080p and 1440p. I really hope the next generation will do better at these lower resolutions because yeah ray tracing is really demanding so a high refresh rate expirience with ray tracing at lower resolutions is a really nice idea tbh.

Hi. May I ask you a question? I have a 5900x and it draws at least 100w while gaming. Do u power limit yours or smth? I see it only draws 70 to 80. Or is it just because you play in 4k and the system relies more in GPU?

Good thing you jumped into 12900k, I was wondering "when" would you test it. For msi bclk, you need to set it on "auto" in the bios, not 100. Looking forward to see next benchmarks, performanceTest for DDR5 too.
While this game has impressive raytracing I've come to the conclusion Horizon Forbidden West has better graphics than this game overall, nothing really wow's me on PC besides maybe RDR2 at max.
but you don't have fps drops? example from 100 fps you go to 40-50 with version 512.59

Ray tracing is a big scam. The visual improvement is minimal and the fps drop is massive.
Awesome video on the system build. Love the update. As for your missing frequencies, I wonder if your motherboard doesn't have some kind of base clock offset set by default or some kind of auto setting that adjusted your BCLK.

Hey. The clock readings just below 5,2 GHz are probably caused by external base clock generator for CPU, the one at 100 Mhz. There is one in CPU, and one in the motherboard.

If you want a smooth gameplay also , just drop volumetric fog resolution. You wont see the visual downgrade and you'll be good at 60+ fps. Very nice to see some intel gaming !
what fps do you get without DLSS?
you know what ? nobody ever shows us on YT on real comparison between ray tracing on nvidia and ray slowthing on AMD…. will you do it with FSR2.0 VS dlss 4K RT And 1440p, RT ultra and psycho cyberpunk test ? screen by screen…. should pay for this but i dont have money because im still paying my 3080ti
