  1. you are right things are weird in cyber punk but comparing these two games against each other makes no sense rockstar have had 5 gta's and 2 reddead's to flush out issues like you pointed out where as project red have made about 3 or 4 games and some battle arena game and a board game they need to make couple more games like cyberpunk to be where rockstar are at and if these issues are still in those future games then we can say no you had time to fix stuff this is unacceptable

  2. There is no comparison here honestly. Red dead redemption is not an RPG for starters. Two completely differently made games with different priorities the devs focused on, the way they wanted the game to be and did the best they can to make it that way. GTA or Red Dead redemption is a go to point A and B drive and shoot till the mission is done. Basically they didn't have a million things going on at once while trying to run the game so they could focus on physics or AI as well all the other little details but even still the AI is terrible like any open world game or even physics, (if you want realistic physics play "Elite Dangerous") also Rockstar has a lot of experience with the previous games like that they've made so they just kept adding to it with each game. but Cyberpunk is their only first person RPG with a crazy amount of options & choices to make on how you want to play, a lot more different, a lot of dialogue options and approaches to situations, with a huge city with plenty of places to go inside building or climb around, collect things and detailed gun or cars, as well as trying to make the game look good and on top of it being on every single consoles like last gen and new gen. Compare it more to Deus Ex or Witcher and not games that have nothing to do with each other when it comes to actual designing and making the game. It's not at all easy making a game like Cyberpunk or any RPG.
