27:22 The next time you're upgrading your cyberware, think about swaping Optical Camo for Proxishield. It reduces damage taken the closer ememies get to you. And its automatic, you don't have to turn it on like Optical Camo.
Some of the side quests are kinda hidden almost.
While near Jig Jig Street, do the side quest next to the Clouds building. It's fairly trivial but if you do it and come back later a couple more times it'll lead to a much more involved and interesting one called "Coin Operated Boy."
Also, keep swinging by Gary the Prophet because he has a quest as well, "The Prophet's Song."
Finally, in the bottom end of Santo Domingo there's a garage in the same block as the ripper down there. Go in it and a Johnny will manifest and notice an up on blocks motorbike. This starts a quest called "The Highwayman."
I missed two of these on my first play through.
As regards River Ward, his quest chain includes two of the most fucked up situations in the whole game.
