  1. How could a live service Farcry be any worse then what we have now? Ubisoft already has a cash shop in every game they publish. It's easier to list all their games that don't have cash shops then list the ones that do haha

  2. I've recently jumped back on CP2077 after all the newest patches. It definitely feels better now. It's nice that they are planning new content and I think Rockstar has some good competition now. We have GTA and CP2077 as the main contenders right now in open world gaming. I want both CD Projekt Red and Rockstar to do better though and give back more to the players because for many of us, open world games are more entertaining.

  3. I have not and will NEVER abandon Cyberpunk 2077 and CDPR just because of the release of Cyberpunk of late and I think that people need to STOP their hate towards them. Yeah okay, it was a disappointing release for them for Cyberpunk and yeah okay there were a lot of bugs and glitches in the game and most likely still are, particularly for base past gen consoles which lets face it, has improved and is nowhere NEAR what that game used to be on those consoles. But that being said though, that was then. This is now and and some point we all need to STOP the hate for them and just move on, and just enjoy this game for what it is right now. Yeah okay they lied, and falsely marketed this game before it was released, big whoopiedoo who cares. It's about time people change their perception of this game and see this game for what it is right now. Because this game right now apart from updates and content (which yes it needs and I believe CDPR WILL deliver) is nowhere near as bad as people are painting it to be.

  4. We'll have to wait and see for 2022 on whether or not CP2077 can start making that comeback. There are a lot of AAA games that were delayed coming out next year so there will be some stiff competition that CP2077 will be up against.

  5. I just recently finished playing though as a Corpo; I didn't know with my initial play through that I was locked out of the secret ending because of dialing options. The mission was a success. I did the Street Kid already. That being said i'm gonna do the Nomad next. I so wish there was a way to save Jackie still after all this time. LOL, still so many locked doors and empty spaces. So many things I wish were present in the game such as more shops, a way to customize weapons, clothes, vehicles, physical looks to V…well maybe one day.

  6. Despite all the lies, unfulfilled promises, bugs, and radio silence, people still buy the game and give it positive reviews. This is why AAA studios will continue to shovel us half-baked games for full price.

  7. With the Animus and the whole meta-narrative of AC, doing a live service multiple worlds thing could work quite well. I don't think that makes sense for Far Cry, unless they plan to build on the mercenary idea from 2 and have you globe trotting? I dunno. I'm just really skeptical of any of these big corporate publishers ever doing something interesting (there's great potential for narratives in "live service") and consumer friendly with the live service concept.

  8. Anyone notice how ubisofts logo looks like a flushing toilet not every game needs this live service give me your money crap assassin's creed basically turned into single-player cod after they ditched the present day search for the Apple of eden after killing off Desmond

  9. A little salty about the sale, just got Cyberpunk 2077 like 2-3 weeks ago for $40…I guess a bit of oversight on my part for not thinking of Black Friday sales tho. They do need to fix the dodge/crouch bug cause I have to press dodge like 4 x’s b4 it does anything, which just leads to a Tank, stealth or sniper build

  10. OWG – "… but also they did say some misleading things themselves during the whole marketing period…"
Come on… what do you think that would have happened if the just said out loud what was going on? That person would have been fired. The marketing period was basically 2 years long before they released… All the marketing material is scripted and prepared and is being influenced/steered by higher-ups.

If devs know and feel what is going on, they should all lay down their work and open up to the public in group. I mean they can't fire all their employees…

I'm still interested in CP2077. I haven't bought it on launch (originally planned to do that, but happy I didn't), but that doesn't mean that I'm not constantly looking out for updates. I'm still not sure if I want to buy it right now at €30… I'm afraid to be disappointment, and spending €30 for a disappointment is a lot :p The game might get updates in the future and get better, but the deals might too…

  11. Cyberpunk2077 is not a bad game in any light its just a disappointment. It had so much MORE to offer but they chose money over offering a better gaming experience. Still hoping they right their wrong, but I don't think they can fix the core problem with the engine to provide a truly immersive open world game instead of the Linear game dressed as an open world game we have today. I rely on mods to fix some issues but even then they have their limits because of the games engine. It just kinda masks the problem.

  12. The only reason why it’s trending on steam more than anywhere else is because you can do everything including mods that allow you to customize your apartment where as console users are still stuck in the past with nothing exciting to keep people playing hence why they are selling it for only $10 sadly because that’s all it’s worth. PC gets new mods every week we are still waiting for anything new and honestly I’m even bored out of mind when I can’t even customize the apartment differently for each character I created. So it’s sad because with out that kind of stuff happening on consoles it just means that console sales will drop twice as quick than PC. Truly it’s sad because even after dlc most likely this still remain a 1 and done gam. I’ve played it and did everything and I’m stuck waiting which is ridiculous, why can they hire a team to make mods for pc and leave literally everyone else on console hanging, where are they showing the console owners the love they deserve especially the ones that have remained since day one. It’s just getting frustrating that they are paying more than 80% of their attention to PC where as all consoles have an equal share in only 20% it’s just not right especially when they want console owners to pay for the dlc

  13. no matter how low they gonna sell cyberpunk 2077 so they can brag about the sell numbers, thats not gonna make cyberpunk a good game….they didnt come up with an AI in 8 years , they will never do… wich leads to an empty world with absolutly zero things to do after you complete some missions

  14. Wow you know that's good for the newbies but what about the people who have to sit through all of the crap this game had to offer before they fixed it enough for it to get all those likes

  15. I think it's weird to think that a game can screw up this bad and while it's bad get all of this attention but yet still put the players through all of the bull and the BS still wrong and it's still wrong to have players have to go through this
