I had something like this happen in a Heist Setup(Or it might have been the ECU Job Contract finale on the way to the train)in GTA online. We were on the freeway heading to the point, and a car just drops from the sky from the top of the screen and hits the ground and explodes.
Are you guys getting randomly attacked by gangs members as you're driving through the city? I swear this was never a thing before Patch 1.3 .. you could only pick fights yourself, like if you went to the blue icons on the map, etc.. but now I'm getting random groups of enemies attacking me sometimes. And their detection range is pretty far, too. They can spot me from the other side of a road as I'm driving. I can't tell if it's supposed to be an intentional change, or a bug..? Either way, it's pretty neat.
since 1.3 update Ive been having a weird bug where some melee weapons just do 0 damage and I keep swinging in the air while everyone shoots at me and I need to quickly change to some gun or something.. it fixes after a couple minutes but it's very annoying.. is it just me?

I saw this in the exact same spot on a new Playthrough, weird since NPCs are normally randomized with spawn
