Cyberpunk 2077 in 2022 has had new life breathed into it after the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners TV-series aired on Netflix. Being a good little Youtuber, I headed back into Night City to find out if the latest update is worth playing through the entire game for. These are my thoughts.

if only they made a DLC for edge runners
Wtf spoiler warnings man wtf seriously!? I was checking reviews mid way through the show because I feel like playing the game again. Then you just randomly fucking spoil the ending right in the beginning without warning. Wtf dude
preordered this game but never played it
That freaking anime made me cry like a Lil bitch. I guess happy ending just don't happen the way you want them to in night city. I'd love to see Flaco or Lucy in the expansion.
This game is literally the saddest fucking game I've ever played. Idk if it's just because I'm older now and I'm fully aware of sadness in games but I feel actual sadness about the story of V
Nope.. still quite broken and buggy…
Lowlee lolololol
Def buying it tomorrow
because of edgerunners I actually bought cyberpunk 2077 and it was worth every penny. Okay the glitches can be annoying, but sometimes they do add an un-expectancy that is really funny. And the story is also really good. So for newcomers like myself, definitely get it on sale, it's so much fun. I do wish you could look more crazy though with your cyber enhancements, but maybe there's a mod that gives you more customisation options if you're on pc. (I would have also loved to see a cyberpsychosis meter or something related to that when you have to many enhancements on low level, but maybe an idea for the future as well)
I don't care what anybody's opinion is. Cyberpunk 2077 was and always will be one of the absolute best games out there. It's like experiencing real life events. I loved and platinumized it when it came out, and I'll always love it all the same.
Just bought it for 30 bucks for the series X, totally worth it now, the game is finally playable like at least it should have been at the release, story is good, the world is amazing and it doesn’t feel boring, at least for me
Yooooo MrHulten….
Do you have any Synthwave recommendations?
For me it would be Carpenter Brut
To be fair, very few Roleplaying games allow you to re-spec later in the game. The whole point is to increase the replay value of the game. For instance, having played through the game as a Net-running Knife thrower in my current playthrough, I am thinking it'll be cool to do a playthrough as a Mantis-blade/Sandevistan wielding killing machine, & abandon Net-running altogether.
Great video! Can you pls share presets for your V? She looks really good and natural
2080 framedrops w rtx? are you playing in 8k or something, i've found that light rtx had like 2 frames impact vs none at least on my laptop in 1440p
imo it needs a new game plus that lets you start with max street cred and level. so you have all the attribute points etc at the start of a new game.
i wish Cyberpunk 2077 physic system is on par with GTA or RDR
Not gonna lie. Got the game after I binged the anime. Edgerunners made me forget about all the negativity surrounding the game. CB2077 as of 1.6 is so goddamn fun
Didn't watch the video, just here to say IT IS
Imma just wait for the Ultimate edition to be released a few years more
I still haven't been able to get past that opening cutscene after the lifepath without having characters t posing. At this point I've accepted it.
0:15 Nah.. not really, not at all. Best description would be… passable. Better than it was, yes. Then.. do you remember HOW BAD it was?
Bruh I don gotta pc 😫
You can't edit your character's cheek bones in character creation, and that bothers me.
The phone glitch makes it unplayable
They really did something special. I hope they continue to grow this universe. A lot of money to be made at least😂😂😂😂
why haven't they removed the hanako waypoint it's still annoying
Short anwser: No.
People and game journalists went from Hyping the game before launch to hyping the idea that this will one day be a good polished finished game in the future. It was mediocre at best before the shitty anime show and it still is after. Plain and simple.
Yo did y’all meet skippy yet 😂 a gun that talks and shoots by its self depending on the situation I’ll badbo ba debo
bought and played it after the 1.5 patch. Had a few bugs and T-poses the 4 firsts hours of the game but closing the eyes on the open world collisions and stuff, it was pretty bug-free. Never experienced a soft lock or had to reload the save to progress. I'll dive again for 1.6, first because the game itself is
despite of the terrible launchreally awesome, but most importantly to traumatize Night City with that James Norris buildit was worth it since the beginning!!!!!!! OMG
No
Cyberpunks world has so much potential
I actually stopped playing when 1.5 came out, because for some reason they did something in 1.5 that essentially turned the performance of the game way down (I'm playing the game on a 1050… crypto miners made it so I can't afford anything better). Wiith 1.6 now it's as good as before. I notice that the city becomes empty when I drive around, and really stuff takes several minutes to load. I don't know if this is because it's the difference between running the game on a HDD or a SSD (I read somewhere that basically most the bugs are caused by running the game on a HDD because stuff took too long to load).
If you want another typical ubisoft formula game, sure. If you want anything remotely close to what was promised, no.
Its worth it right now and it will be even more worth it when patch 1.7 drops and it will be even more worth it when other patches and Phantom Liberty expansion drops.
Also official modding support with Redmod has been a blessing
I've never experienced that a mission wouldn't load or that the game crashes on my Series X, not even when I played the game on the pre-1.5 version. Also, I haven't had any serious bugs and absolutely no T-Posing at all, so guess I was just lucky. But what I can say is that sometimes, when I'm driving around, objects take ages to load in and that kinda destroys the immersion. But that's a problem I've only experienced on my Series X after update 1.6, so that actually made the game worse for me lol.
Btw where do you get David’s Sandevistan I’ve been looking for hours ? I wanna chop dudes in slow motion
It’s a lot better now they fixed most of the glitches in it. Don’t get me wrong I still get a few of them but at least they’re not game breaking. Now I’m finally able to play it and enjoy the concept they had for it originally.
