download the ps5 version at work so i haven't played it yet, i have a ps5 and got the ps4 version, will i have my save data on the ps5 version or will i have to do something to transfer it, i wasn't playing on a ps4
On PS5 dashboard, just press option button on the game that installed. Select to download Cloud saves. it faster then navigating PS Store to reach cloud saves. Also, system settings for save data management to get cloud saves. Great video. thank you for information steps.
I've been doing this for a hr, I have the ps4 platinum, 0 trophies on ps5, I quit
I played the game on PS5 at day one and according to CDPR you can just open the PS5 version of the game and load your old save. Only problem is that my inventory is half empty, mods are not in place and I have 75 points to redistribute in the competencies because none are unlocked. If I launch the PS4 version of the game and load said save, no problem everything is there… Has anyone else seen this issue?

Demo seems only for ps5? I added to library the trial from the ps phone app but the download is grayed out.

Doesnt work for me. PS4 save wont show up in console storage even after uploading.
Good news nothing about good news now I can't even play them games anymore when I took the update for the PS4 disc version sorry for being poor it told me to delete the game and reinstall it I listened and now it's saying corrupt data but there's no corrupt data to begin with other than the patch itself this is the last straw for me I'm done with this game 😩😖😣😣 👎👎👎👎
You can still do all with the cloud even if your not a ps plus subscriber,and is even easier lol when I boot up the game without me doing nothing it said continue and there I was on my last save,because every intelligent person should do the ps4 to ps5 save tranfer as soon as they connect their ps5,kudos To CDPR from doing it soooo easy

For anyone with the issue saying your save file is corrupted. Install the ps4 version of the game, load it up and continue your game.. then manually save the game and it should say under your manual save "export save".. press it and boom you can load this save on your ps5👍

May I ask how am I going to transfer the trophies? I have 2 Cyberpunks on my lobby and I platinumed the game but on the PS5 version it started from scratch. Its not that big of a deal but its kinda annoying I would really appreciate if you could help me out , thanks!

This is so much easier than having to go on the ps4 version upload the save file then go back to ps5 version download save faile. Hope more developers do this going forward makes things so much easier.

I transferred my old PS4 save file to the PS5 version. But I have not been able to earn trophies with that saved file. I've tried several different saves and have been testing it with the craft 3 legendary items. but I never received the trophy. Has anyone else had this issue?

Why don’t the trophy’s transfer
Can anyone help me. I have my PS4 save data on the cloud and I have downloaded it to my PS5. I have both PS4 and PS5 versions of the game but the save file doesn’t show up in any of those. Moreover, when I start the PS4 version of the game, it creates a new Cyberpunk directory instead of using the old one; so now I have 2 things that say Cyberpunk 2077(PS4). I can’t access it any way. Please help.
I have both versions on ps5, I send data from ps4 to cloud, then to ps5. I doesn't show at ps5 saved data. Then I tried with USB stick, same story, no data showed. It is doing new save, but disregards ps4 save. Any idea whan can I do? Because, frankly speaking, it's pretty annoying.
I just accidentally find out that ps4 trophies wont transfer to the ps5. Luckily I had only gotten the first one and was only lvl 4 when finding this out, but this sh1t is annoying as hell.
I gotta say this is is the main reason I'm extremely reluctant to keep upgrading to next gen consoles every 5 years or so. I bet when the sixth one comes out you wont even be able to transfer your account at all.

Ran it through save wizard and it says resign was successful after putting it onto the new PlayStation account. When I put the usb in and try to transfer the file ( that I clearly see on my laptop) from my usb to system storage and it says no files found. I have no clue because I’ve had to do this once before and got it to work. I did the steps exactly how I’m supposed to. I need help please !!

Let's say I pay 1 month subscription just to download all the saved data, once my subscription has expired can I still use the data saved on the cloud? Because this usb thing seems annoying to do, I'd rather paying 1 month of ps plus instead!

So I did the data transfer on save files. On my Ps4 console cyberpunk is up to the most recent update on ps5 the ps4 version still its launch version all the files say corrupt but in storage they show okay. Can I please get help I don't wanna restart
