Want to know something creepy. Whenever you get the Johnny glitchy effect randomly and V starts yelling. Johnny silverhand himself is actually right in front of your crosshairs but is invisible. I was on PC messing around with the appearance menu mod and I randomly had the affect while changing clothes on a NPC and instead of the random NPC name it changed to Johnny silverhand and I started changing johnnys clothes instead, except he was invisible.
I've had the silverhand arm equiped for a few months. Sometimes the arm disappeared so I had to manually equip it again. Its strange you couldnt remove the arm.
