  1. I think 2.1 is mostly great, except for one thing that just sticks in my craw.

    I really, really dislike the Gang Retaliation attacks, or whatever they're called. Not so much the concept, but rather the implementation, and how it stacks up with an existing character.

    The game parses back through all the various gigs and main quests to see if you did anything that would warrant a Gang Retaliation event, and then the next time you get in a car, it begins firing the attacks off in quick succession, over and over, until you've cleared out the queue. It's kind of ham-fisted and feels tacked on and super GAMEY, not immersive, because how they just spawn on you and magically home in on your position until you blast them.

    What I also dislike is how the attacks turn the base gameplay loop on its head, something we've been trained for years with CDPR's games: namely that the player controls the interactions. I can’t chose to participate in these events or not, they're forced on you because of prior decisions you made before the rules and the system was in place.

    Once you clear out the queue, it's less annoying and disruptive. But it just feels super lazy and… like I said, GAMEY, not immersive.

  2. If Bungie is the development company that fun forgot, CDP is the development company that fun reconnected with. The leaning into the ridiculous for the sake of fun is exactly what we need in gaming right now.

  3. I found something unsual at least for me <" i had body lvl 20 i restared the point and made body at 15 but the doors and dialogue that required body lvl 20 is still unlocked for me i can chose it even if its 15 "> thats after 2.1 idk if its excist before the 2.1

  4. Has anybody heard/seen an update on when they’ll fix the sonic shock bug? It doesn’t work right now. Enemies will start tracing your location once you do a combat quickhack after sonic shock now. 🙃

  5. well CDPR are redeemed i think their very very close to making the game they promised i played on release and it was poor and not cause it didnt run or the bugs it was just poor the pacing was alover the place nothing had a flow nothing had a point to it and i plyed with 2.1 and i have to say im really enjoying it the thing that would be the game they promised is they need to do a gangs of night city dlc and make a thing about the gangs and a crime boss tning and get closure on who the gangs are and what its about and gangs of night city would bring that closure cause for me that is a glaring hole in the the game and if cdpr do that then they have deleivered the game they promised in 2012

    it still has its flaws like the cops not been as aggressive as they should be for a out of control crime ridden megalopis and like i say i think that is the elepant in the room really the crime side of night city and esp the organised crime side to it that needs closure and if they dont do that then thats a shame really and what could have been and better pacing of the quests rather then dots on a map just have a text message of someone blah blah come and see me and they give ya jobs as opposed to going within 50 yrds of the dot and ya get a phone call thats styill bad pacing and i thought they would have sorted that out and just added a small thing that adds more immersion and theresa a lot to love about syberpunk 2077

  6. Sonic Shock is glitched. Netrunners don't need to rely on over clock. It was more of a devil trigger mechanic. Netrunners would ghost through caneras sometimes. But with Sonic Shock bugged, you need to ghost runner in different ways.
