27:50 Fun fact: this line sounds much funnier in Russian (my native language) 'cause or intense use of slang words. The same is with Polish. Dunno why did they decide to make it so boring in English.
Another fun fact: if you had chosen Puppy Loving Pacifist in the start, you would have got a choice (an unobvious one, though) to transform it into Stone Cold Killer and keep it like that forever.
In that scenario, Skippy asks you why don't you wanna kill people, and if you say 'I don't know', he interprets it as a 'yeah just change to Stone Cold Killer lol'.
The resolution to your skippy quest was weird. For me it asked me Do I like killing people or something like that and then proceeded to continue with stone cold killer mode.
I RP'd that fortunate son mission when i did it. By driving the whole thing. Flatout.
Fun fact: Maman Brigitte is named after a 'Lwa' (Lowa), a kind of 'demi-god' in the Vodou (Voodoo) religion. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manman_Brigitte ). A lot of the modern Cyberpunk genre is inspired by William Gibson's 'Spawl' Trilogy of books, starting with 'Neuromancer'. In the second and third book, the newly born Rogue AI take on the mantle of Hatian Vodue demi-gods, as they felt this best reflected their nature. The Pacifica Voodoo boys are most likely a direct reference and homage to Gibson's books.

You be able to leave Skippy's "stone cold killer" only if first decision was "Puppy-Loving pacifist". In this case he changes from pacifist mode to permanent killer mode 🙂
