Advice: you should collect items during the day in-game.
you dont necessarily need to have the stats to open those doors such as 13 strength to open door you can commit a crime and if your lucky a cop will spawn in the locked room and the will come out unlocking the door. works better if your inside night city though as there are more crimes that can be commited
