This is bullshit. GTX970 gets below 20 FPS even outside the cityon low settings
I have a gtx 970 + i5 4570 and the game is BEAUTIFUL with these settings: anistropic filtreing at max and textures at max, the rest at low/default. I guaranteed you a beautiful game with a decent fps experience !

I tried games from other companies in which it was good (obviously past games) and they did not work, now,

Thank you for this video. These are usually only done with high-end graphics cards. I have an i7-7700HQ 2.8GHz, 16gm ram, windows 10 64-bit and a gtx 1050 4gb. Seeing how well this runs on your setup is awesome still. A lot of my stress can be eliminated now.
Pra quem tá falando "precisa de upgrade" Não é esse o problema. O jogo está mal otimizado pra caralho.
O requerimento mínimo é uma GTX 780, MUITO pior que uma GTX 970. Esperem esse jogo ser finalizado primeiro, vai mais um ano de patching tranquilo, acionistas e chefões tomaram a decisão de lançar o jogo em early access só para as vendas de natal e deu no que deu.
